Wish every experience with a staff and a Dr. could be so professional and pleasant. Many (too many) years ago Dr V. performed a surgery for a leukoplakia that I had ...quite successfully. And today he did an extraction of a tooth. Painless. (And I am a super crybaby.) Even now (tonight) I am amazed how good I feel. We are lucky to have him and his team here in Grass Valley. Carl B.

My wife had a tooth pulled.. was told 45 min- 1 hr , got called day of appt told her he is running ahead of schedule by about an hour. Dropped her off, she was put out and the tooth pulled and brought to car in 20 +- min. She was in pain 10/10. No meds at all. Paper RX but have to wait several hours for meds. I called and taked to him... he told me he numbed the area... my wife had no numbing sensation AT ALL. Dr Valentine was indifferent and could care less about my wifes pain. No compassion. I can just asume he is pumping his patients through. 10 thumbs down

Dr. Valentine and his team were like a well oiled machine. They worked together to provide a very smooth process from start to finish. Their follow through was fantastic and every member of the staff made me feel comfortable as a patient for a procedure that I was very nervous about. I highly recommend Dr. Valentine and his team!

I am not an easy patient when it comes to dental work. I've seen Dr. Valentine twice now...once for a root extraction and once (today) for an implant. On both occasions the doc, and the entire staff, were excellent communicators, very professional and confident, and made me feel comfortable regardless of being miles outside my personal comfort zone. I really have appreciated every aspect of their care and service, from the checkin process all the way through the follow up evening phone call to see how I am doing. Thanks for such great care and service.

Excellent experience! Dr. Valentine treated me with kindness, gave a personal follow up call to see how I was doing, and I was sent home with a little care kit. His assistant offered me a plush blanket before sedation that was super warm and cozy. I have zero complaints and couldn't recommend him more. Healing went perfectly and I was back to work in no time. Such a relief, as I have had less that awesome experiences with other physicians in the past. If you need dental surgery you should probably stop shopping around and just go to him.

After dr. Timothy snyder left town the day after my surgery without notice, dr. Valentine had to help me with the complications I was having. I would highly recommend dr. Valentine over dr. Snyder. Snyder's office also is trying to stick me with a 400 dollar bill almost a year after I paid in full.
