I am passionate about incorporating new ideas so that going to the dentist can be a comfortable experience with better, longer lasting results. Using modern techniques and thoughtful comforts can make the experience of seeing the dentist a pleasant one. I believe that dealing honestly with people is the best way to relate to their problems and help. By communicating with people and taking the time to determine what's best for their needs, we can help many people by providing treatment that works for their situation.
Working with patients who have a great outlook and positive attitude is one of the things I enjoy most about my profession. At our practice, positive attitude and having some fun allows us to strive for excellence in the care we provide. While it's hard work to continually improve on giving patients a great dental visit, the reward of getting to treat good people is well worth it.
I enjoy learning more about dentistry everyday. Whether it be attending a lecture, going to a master clinician's office to train techniques, online courses, or reading a classic textbook, learning about the many successful ways to provide excellent dentistry is key. With the knowledge of the best ways to deal with many types of problems, it is possible to give patients the full range of options available. This lets our patients choose how to achieve a great smile. It also allows me to honesty assure people that treatment we recommend is what I would recommend for myself or my family.
I grew up in Coleman, WI, and currently live in Marinette. I am very close with my family and spend a lot of time with my brother, Rich. When Im not working, you can find me golfing, playing frisbee golf or tennis, and snowboarding. I am also passionate about graphic design, computer programming, photo editing, Sudoku, cooking, and watching football.
Lora has over 14 years of experiencein customer service and enjoys meeting new people every day. Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, camping, fishing & traveling with her husband who is also her highschool sweetheart. Lora has one daughter, a dog, and cat.
Sue has been treating patients as a Dental Hygienist for 24 years and has recently moved back to Menominee after being in the Valley for 23 years. Sheloves to meet new patients and spend time with her co-workers. She has also traveled to many countrieson mission trips providing dental services and has really enjoyed it. Outside of work Sue likes to spend time with her husband and they enjoy golfing, the outdoors, and playing sports.
Lindsey graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2015 with a degree in Dental Hygiene, but has been with us at Valenta Dental for 5 years. Her main goal as a hygienist is to make patients feel as comfortable as possible. Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband Andy and daughter Saige. She enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.
Libby graduated from the Dental Assisting program at NWTC in 2012 and has been with us at Valenta Dental since 2013. Her favorite part about working in the dental field is that she is able to confidently provide patients the best care possible alongside Dr. V.
After work, Libby enjoys spending time with her husband Nick, two children, and their dog Ziba on their family farm. They are looking forward to another babys arrival this fall. Her hobbies include gardening, bee-keeping, camping, hunting, sewing, and DIY projects.
Halie graduated with a Dental Assisting degree from Fox Valley Technical College and is a recent addition to our Valenta Dental team. She is a Door County native, now living in Coleman, WI. She is most passionate about making people feel good about themselves both inside and out and believes that your smile is one of your greatest assets.
Cayla has recently joined our Valenta Dental team after graduating from the Dental Assisting programatNortheast Wisconsin Technical College in 2016. What she loves most about the dental field is that she gets to communicate with patients of all ages.

Visiting Valenta Dental today for my 1st time and I was very happy with my cleaning and dentist visit.The staff and total surroundings put you at ease and give you a great piece of mind knowing you and your teeth are getting excellent care. -Everyone who works here is very friendly. I have been to a few other dentists before but Dr. Valenta has been the best. He's very thorough with everything and does a great job so there is little to no pain. This is what will keep me coming back. Thank you Dr. Randy Valenta and your excellent team.

valenta dental pulled two of me teeth about 8 years ago. Both of my teeth have yet to come in but they convinced my mom and i that they had to be pulled. The worst part was that they didn't sedate me properly. I felt every twist and pull and every root snapping. If you've seen the teeth pulling torture method that's basically what they did with me when i was 11.They even told my mom they might not be able to continue because i wasn't cooperating but when you're going through that much pain how can you? I had told the nurse helping that i needed more of the loopy gas and they still didn't give me enough. It was the worst experience of my entire life and i've developed a fear of going under at dentist offices since.

Missing appointments, is not okay, especially if you are wasting people's hard worked time but are some situations different? Absolutely; I work at a hospital in the ER department that requires me to be on call at certain times that are out of my control. If you have a schedule that is not set in stone, completely pass this dentistry up; because if you miss an appointment because a emergency pops up (Life) you will not only be threatened with additional charges, but you will also be threatened with being "dismissed" the kind way of putting- Kicked out and not seen again. Absolutely unbelievable. Excited to see the immature argument and unprofessional name calling that Valenta will give his critics and previous patients, like I have seen him do before.

My daughter was turned down because i canceled my OWN appts not fair to my daughter turn me down sure but not her she had nothing to do with the canceled appts for me was told its our policy policy of what?? If mom and dad cancel for there own you take it out on there kids unreal bad practice and policy turn the parent down yes sure but not the kids .
