Valencia Dental is my favorite dental office that I've ever been to! Dr. Bal, Suzy, and the rest of the staff make you feel comfortable and cared for. There is a warm neighborhood/family vibe to the office that makes it feel like visiting friends rather than a chore to get dental care.

Doctor is attentive and helpful. Is not pushy at all about up-selling - just presents options honestly and let's you decide. She's up front about what she thinks is necessary vs just for aesthetics, etc. All staff was very focused on making sure all my needs were addressed and proactively asking what would make me more comfortable. Will definitely be back and will be sending my husband as well.

So attentive and lovely from the moment you step through the door. The treatment was painless, as the dentist and dental hygienist showed great care in making their patients comfortable.

I have changed dentists 3 times before I moved to SF. No dentists performed a thorough and careful exam and cleaning like the one in this office. The dentist actually performed the cleaning and he made sure he covered everything. Front desk staffs are genuine and honest, not pushy and also patient enough to go over the cost and details of treatment.

The Valencia Dental Center team is amazing! I only had a short time left in SF and they were able to accommodate my dental needs and schedule all the work I needed before I left. Dr. Bal was very thorough and made me feel comfortable in all the procedures. Shout to to Suzy who was able to schedule me for the different appointments that were last minute. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bal & the Valencia Dental Center team did an amazing job with my Invisalign treatment & broader dental care. They were very helpful throughout the Invisalign process and the results look great. And I felt very safe at the practice throughout the Covid pandemic; they were always careful about cleanliness & safety. Thanks!

I recently started seeing Dr. Bal and have had a very positive experience so far with cleanings and a filling. Dr. Bal is patient, gentle, and makes me feel comfortable -- I highly recommend seeing her. The office is clean and quiet!

Valencia dental is fantastic. The doctor made me feel safe, listened to and informed. Cleaning was gentle and not too long. I love this place and will continue to come here for a long time.

Valencia Dental is great - their new renovation means it's comfortable (and socially-distant!) in the waiting room. The receptionist and Daniel gave me a warm welcome and ran through the x-rays efficiently and clearly. Dr. Abhilasha is thorough, direct and has a great bedside manner - she made some detailed observations about my teeth that I really appreciated, gave me some options, and I'm waiting to hear back about some fillings and next steps. :) Great experience!

Dr. Abhilasha Bal is a fantastic dentist, and the staff is excellent. The office is neat, clean, and very calming. The assistants are always very polite and take care to ensure I'm comfortable. Every time I've been there, Dr. Bal takes the time to explain everything in detail, and she gives a lot of thoughtful guidance. The procedures are always performed with care, attention, and thoroughness. Dr. Bal is the best dentist I've had, and I'm thankful I've found her and Valencia Dental.
