I have no idea how this place is reviewed so well (so many reviews, it seems shady). This place is completely unreliable. I am shocked at the standard of service of this dental practice. I have been rescheduled at the last minute several times. Not because of some emergency or something important came up, simply because he just chose not to come in that day. When I did get in the staff seemed unorganized and rude at times.

EDIT: This practice was sold and is under new management. The experience since the transfer of ownership has been terrible and I would no longer recommend this practice to anyone. The staff is friendly but the actual medical care is terrible. It's a real shame. I was a very happy customer for a very long time and now I have to find a new dentist. One that can hopefully repair the damage this one did to my once healthy mouth. FORMER REVIEW: This is the best dental care one could ever ask for. Sarah and Sam are wonderful hygienists. They do great work and provide top notch customer care. Dr Maloley has put together an amazing operation. The equipment, the scheduling tools, the options for treatment are all the cutting edge of technological innovation. The X-ray machine, the tools for cleaning, etc; it all surpasses anything I have ever seen at any other dentist's office. Sincerely, I can't recommend Vail Valley Dental Care enough.

Treatment was superb, as usually. Unfortunately there was a hiccup when checking out. I am confident that Dr. Maloley will see that it goes more smoothly next time.

The dentist is not my favorite place to go... but the Doc and his Staff were the best! They made the whole experience a walk in the park! Thank you!!!

The whole staff a VVDC is great! New faces here, but Dr. Maloney continues to hire quality hygienist. Thanks Kelly for taking good care of my son's and I.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, guiding me through the entire process. This office is such a happy place to be, with everyone wanting to help. I just wish they took my primary insurance, but that's OK... I'm still getting the procedures done.

I've been coming here for almost a year - I require periodontal maintinence- and I feel like they are gentle, detailed, and create a very calm and pleasant enviorment.

We are on vacation in Avon and my husband is in a lot of tooth pain so we called Vail Valley Dental to see if they could see him on an emergent basis and they said they could probably fit him in today or tomorrow and that they'd call him back soon to let him know. 5 hours later they called to say sorry (not sorry), we can't see him. So we've wasted a day where we could've been seeing another dentist and now we have to wait another day to see someone. Not what you'd expect from a nearly 5 star dentist.

So happy I made an appointment with Dr. Maloley. I got the recommendation to him from a friend of mine at work. I had to get both of my front teeth replaced after a whitewater kayak accident. My initial dentist unfortunately passed away after only one of my front teeth teeth was fixed so another dentist had to match my front teeth together and it did not end up working out... I spent years being bummed about my smile but Dr Maloley completely change my life and I am so happy to smile again!!!! I will never be able to thank him enough!
