Dr. Satish Pai has more than a decade of orthodontic experience, including practice and academics. He is dual-trained in both orthodontics and pediatric dentistry. Currently, at Vail Orthodontics, Dr. Pai focuses on Adult, Teen and Kids Orthodontics, but he has plans to expand Pediatric Dentistry services in the future.
His works have been extensively published in international specialty journals, where he acts as a reviewer as well. He has also worked as Clinical Assistant Professor, Division of Orthodontics at Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine. When he is not working, Dr. Pai enjoys spending time with his family and reading about the latest developments in the field of orthodontics.

Pleasant experience, great communication. Up front with recommendations and options we had for braces, Invisalign and surgery and left ultimate decision up to parent and patient. Will be recommending to other family members and friends.

I would highly recommend Vail Orthodontics! I just finished my Invisalign treatment and could not be happier. The staff and Dr, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Appointments were quick and their technology is top knotch! Very organized!! I could not recommend them enough!

They all seem like nice people but there was one thing that bothered me. When I was in my orthodontic consultation, they gave me the prices and all that, but they said if I didn't sign up that day I wouldn't get the $500 discount for braces. I felt pressured into trying to sign up for some thing so important so fast. To me, this didn't feel genuine. The dentist explained to me that I would most likely need extractions for braces, but he didn't give me any other options. I thought that orthodontists are supposed to give you all the options.
