First, the service was very good. Secondly, I was disappointed to learn you are no longer in network for United Concordia. On top of that I was asked to pay $75 for both my wife and I for a cleaning that typically is paid at 100% by my insurance. This was done without notification to me and I suspect others having the same insurance as I. This will force me to seek services elsewhere that provides in network services. I wish you had been more upfront with this information.

This dental office is the best I've ever been to! I feel at home here. The staff is very knowledgeable and very courteous! Dr Ballew is the greatest dentist I've ever had! I actually enjoy going to the dentist because the whole staff is absolutely wonderful!

Vail Family Dentistry was amazing. I call at opening with tooth pain and they got me in within the hour. I also has a crown that broke and they fixed it right then and it was under warranty. The staff was amazing. Thank you

I'm really glad I found this dental office. It was clean, comfortable and everyone I had contact with was nice and very professional. Tori was an awesome hygienist. She kept at it until all my stubborn plaque was gone! Thank you for that. My teeth feel wonderful again! The dentist was really nice and gentle as he maneuvered around my mouth. Same with Tori as she did the X-rays. Excellent service all around!

This has been my clinic for the last 4 years and I love it. I thought that the best was my previous one but Vail Family Dentistry exceeded my expectations! They have state of art technology and the best crew ever to make you feel like part of their family. All of my four family members go here and we have no plans to change our mind. Thank you so much VFD for taking care of our smile.

Went to have two broken teeth removed. I told that's why I came in today. It wasn't done. Husband says it was a wasted trip. What happens if those 2 broken teeth start hurting. I'll have to find another dentist again and have them taken care of.

I had broken a front tooth and came into the office completely embarrassed. The staff was kind, caring and compassionate to my dental emergency. The doctor was very thorough with his examination and explained the treatment to me completely to ensure I was comfortable moving forward. They were able to address my broken front tooth the same day!
