Not thorough and suggests work that is not truly needed. They don't do decent cleanings as it contributes to worse teeth which is more money in their pocket. If you can't switch dentists, get a second opinion for any work they want done. STAY AWAY

To many things have gone wrong with the visits, we're changing dentists. It's a shame because the woman who took care of our children's teeth was actually really good. Let them have plenty of chances, but we're moving on.

Not sure why DR Elmasouri joined this practice, much better when it was just her. Staff was top notch at her Mexico Street office. Keep all your receipts, they will try to bill you even though you already paid in the office and that medical questionnaire - please stop losing my info, will filling out the same form 3 times be the charm? The dental cleaning is just okay.

STAY AWAY GO ANYWHERE ELSE! ...Very sneaky receptionist.... Causing us to spend extra money and have extra bills for things not approved by parents then ignored multiple calls because i found out what she was doing so she ignore multiple calls regarding where the extra bills came from! ONCE CONTACT DENIED EVERYTHING! Stay away not good buissness! That was a solid way to cover up what your secretary did you're right I am not your patience my kids are as stated above nice try though it's clear that everyone knows what kind of business this place is cuz it says it all over the reviews!!!! And I should say they were your patients but no longer are because your secretary is Shady she literally called us on accident and said that she was being shady I would say what she said but I'm not posting my business on Google thank you for your concern because when we called and tried to talk matters out with her she was very nasty hung up the phone and told us to have a nice day!!!

Staff is great. Dr explains everything before he does anything and makes sure you are comfortable with it. Pricing is good and clean rooms/waiting area. Definitely would recommend

after calling 4 times for an appointment and never getting a call back we finally got an appointment. husband went needing lots of dental work, did not having his files even though he was a patient of el-masouri when they merged, spent less than 5 minutes told him he need 13 root canals and told husband to leave. staff looked at him and laughed on his way out. went to dr honey who spent lots of time with him, put him on antibiotics for his raging infections (thanks dr mogdil for missing that! nothing like sending a person away in horrid pain due to an infection, glad it didn't get worse.) dr honey has no root canals on her treatment plan, husband is on antibiotics and getting his first step in his treatment plan done today. unless you have almost perfect teeth run don't walk to another dentist. el-maisouri was a great dentist so sad she got sucked into this place. he had been seeing her 2 years prior to start treatment and her staff was amazing and she worked hard.

I have been a patient for over 2 years. I had cavities, crowns, and cleanings done. Dr Modgil is a great Dentist. Staff is friendly and professional. They recently added a new dentist who filled a cavity, did a great job and who will be doing my crown in a couple of weeks A great addition in that they are expanding their days/hours in Canastota.They accept our insurance, have reasonable fees and don't try to sell you additional services.

He is the best dentist ever I would highly recommend everyone to go there they are wonderful people that work there
