Dr. Morgan completed her graduate dental training at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in the top 10% of her class. Before entering into private practice, Dr. Morgan completed a residency at the Philadelphia VA Hospital.
Dr. Morgan has been at her practice in Severna Park for 20 years. She has a strong commitment to continuing education and regularly attends courses, workshops, and seminars to keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry. Dr. Morgan is well respected by her peers in the Annapolis area and participates in local dental study groups.
Dr. Morgan was born and raised in Cumberland, Maryland. Sheresides in Annapolis, Maryland.She leads a very active lifestyle and loves spending time outdoors. Her favorite activities include golf, tennis, snow and water skiing, and travel. She also loves spending time with her three children.
Dr. Sarah Bao is a Maryland native originally from Germantown, Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Neurobiology and Physiology. She received her dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. The following year, she completed an advanced education General Practice Residency Program at Abington-Jefferson Health in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Bao strongly believes in providing a safe and compassionate environment for her patients and is committed to patient health, patient-centered care, and esthetic dentistry. She is looking forward to serving patients in the Severna Park and Annapolis areas and working with them to reach their oral health goals.
Dr. Bao is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. She is dedicated to continuing her education through the curriculum of Spear Education and local study clubs. She is also passionate about dental volunteerism and has been active with Mission of Mercy Projects and other outreach programs since 2011.
Magi was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She originally moved to New Jersey but eventually settled in Maryland. She has three children and a pit bull named Rufus. She has been in dentistry field for the last 15 years and continues to love it. She enjoys going to the beach, and looks forward to one day retiring with her husband in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Lisa has been a hygienist for more than 28 years. She enjoys working with patients of all ages; helping them achieve the goal of a healthy smile & good quality of life. Lisa is a life-long Marylander and resides in Howard County with her husband, three children, and two small dogs. She spendsher free time with family and friends, watching sports, and enjoying the outdoors.
Dawn is a certified dental assistant who is warm, enthusiastic and enjoys working in all aspects of the dental field. Born and raised in Severna Park, Dawn is an animal lover and spends her free time doing arts and crafts and spending time with her husband and son.

Dr Morgan and this entire team is the absolute best. I have been going here for about 8 years for myself and about 3 with my 5 year old daughter. My experience has been impeccable from the phone calls/front desk team to the entire experience with dental cleanings and care. I can't say enough about how everyone in this practice is friendly, caring, genuine, funny, and overall kind. They take care of my daughter each time - so much so that she absolutely loves coming here and asks me when we can go back to the dentist. I would give more stars if I could! Highly recommended!

Dr. Morgan accepted me as a patient with a front tooth that was chipped off. She offered me the solution of getting my top front 6 teeth crowned. I immediately began to get compliments and some, wanted to know where I had gotten my new look! I found Dr. Morgan NOT from an ad or special marketing, but a referral from a very trusted, special friend & neighbor. I am forever grateful to my friend & Dr. Morgan & her staff who keep my teeth clean & sparkling!

I believe this was the best visit to the dentist that I have ever had. Dr Morgan was very friendly and explained everything that she was doing. I especially liked the teaching manner she had with her assistants. It was not painless , but what visit to the dentist is? I was taken into the room very promptly and waited in the reception room no longer than a couple of minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm glad that I chose Dr Morgan as my new dentist.

Dr Morgan is good but the practice is all about upselling and overcharging customers without insurance. If you don't have insurance, don't go here. Just paid way too much for a cleaning, then after the visit, find out I could have paid less and had a second cleaning included.

From the first telephone call to make an appointment until I exited the door on my last visit my experiences were excellent. The whole staff is was warm and friendly. Dr. Morgan and her staff immediately calmed my fears. She is very personable and professional. I've been recommending her to my friends since my first visit.

This is such a friendly, efficient office. Dr. Morgan has a warm personality that makes what would normally be a somewhat stressful event relaxed and cordial. And her staff does an excellent job, too! Happy camper!

If I could give Dr. Bao 100 stars, I would. She understood that I was nervous about my general cleaning appointment since I had skipped dental appointments during COVID. And, I have some minor gum inflammation, making cleaning sometimes painful. Dr. Bao was *extremely* thorough, and ... she was gentle! I was so relieved and feel fortunate that I landed in her dental chair. I recommend her highly.
