Dr. Swiderski is a 1980 graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He established the Uxbridge Dental Center in July 1980, bringing the latest in dental care and technology to the area. Dr. Ed is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, providing a strong background in Preventive and Restorative Dentistry.
Along with caring for his patients, Dr. Swiderski has been an active member in the Worcester District Dental Society, serving as Chairmen in 1997 - 1998 and Trustee to the Massachusetts Dental Society from 2008 - 2013. He is also active in the state and national level currently serving as immediate past President of the Massachusetts Dental Society as well as a delegate to the American Dental Association.
Linda Chaplin, RDH has been a practicing dental hygienist since 1986 and an essential part of the Uxbridge Dental Center team since 1990, providing compassionate oral health care to patients. Lindas philosophy on providing the best for her patients is If we have a positive impact towards our patients quality of life, then weve done our job after all oral health is part of overall health. Lindas personal rapport with her patients insures preventive care in a relaxed atmosphere.

I came into the office in search of a second opinion concerning a dental procedure. Dr. Ed and Tabitha agreed with me that although it was not a critical procedure to have done, it would be good to "fix" the problem in a timely fashion. I really appreciated their candor. The appointment has been booked!

I've been going to Dr. Ed and Uxbridge Dental my whole life. Now, my husband and children go there too. We love Uxbridge Dental. They have always provided us great service. They are always available when we need them. We highly recommend them if you're looking for a new dental office.

Hygienist was very nice and did a great job. COVID protocols were being followed. I also like that they accept my insurance (Delta Dental). The only thing I would change is that my room didn't have a sink and it is a little awkward doing a cleaning without one.

I would not recommend this office. I have went for several cleanings here they cleaned my teeth quick and my mouth did not feel clean I have had better cleanings. Also I have went in for tooth pain and they kept saying I had clenching problem and for some reason the Dr. felt the need to take a chip out of my front tooth. I've gotten my first cavity at 31 and they said oh its small no need to fill it. I will never go back here worst dentist I have ever been to! Also it is not an advanced dental office as far as whitening system and the equipment they use.

It is a real shame Dr. Swiderski has ZERO patience or knowledge of anxiety in children. After being patients for 4-5 years, my children will no longer be going there after his rude comment to us today. "I won't stress my weekend" he said after trying to go right in and fill my son's cavity, rather than explain and give him time to process. Knowing my son needed this, as he's been seen there for years, and being told again today, he was obviously in a rush for his weekend to begin at 12:20. Absolutely rude and uncalled for. The hygienists have always been amazing and my son has always loved seeing Linda. It is a shame this man doesn't have the same quality of care his staff does.

Have never had a bad experience and I have always had anxiety going to the dentist. Just had a cleaning this evening, Linda does a great job, never ever painful, she's always pleasant, professional. Never in my life have I ever looked forward to going to the dentist, she makes it easy!

Got my new crown placed on Friday and I think it took about twelve minutes total, for Diane to complete the procedure from start to finish. Everything went so perfectly well and fit so precisely, that Dr. Ed. could kick back and relax. You are the BEST! Thank You again Uxbridge Dental, on to the next one!
