The dentist is a wonderful man he understands the process he's compassionate he listens to your concerns and he does a fantastic job I have already recommend my family and friends to his office thank you.

I am sorry I didn't find this dentist in June this year before my birthday. Everything is fixed TODAY ON MY FIRST VISIT the other dentist just gave me the runaround and I am done with them on Livingston Street in Brooklyn. EVERYONE FROM FROM DESK TO ASSISTANT INCLUDING THIS MARVELLOUS DENTIST TOOK THE TIME AND DID NOT YELL AT ME OF MY FEAR OF NEEDLES. HIS METHOD OF DISTRACTION WORKED PERFECTLY ON ME AND HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE DID STEP BY STEP. I ACTUALLY SMILED AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR WHAT HE and Staff DID FOR ME. I finally found a DENTIST OFFICE THAT IS KIND CONSIDERATE AND MOST OF ALL MADE ME FEEL WONDERFUL ON MY VERY FIRST VISIT TODAY. THANK YOU TO THE DENTIST AND STAFF I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

They had very terrible service. You ring and they never pick up or return your voicemails and when you go there in person the front desk is so insensitive and gives non challant response on how they don't have time to pick Calls or return voicemails. Really bad first impression and wasted my time

I recommend this place. The staff was very nice and helpful and made me feel at ease. I went to get a tooth cleaning and Dr Ben was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed in detail. I walked out with a smile. Definitely will be my regular dental office! I already suggested this place for my family members

I do not recommend this office. I went to this office thinking it was a great office. The receptionist started to not answer the phone, did not call me or fix the mistake she made by ordering the wrong crown which is the metal crown. After a while the metal start to show which is horrible for anyone. I explained everything before I sat in the chair, which also meant that I did not need for her or the dentist to order anything. All she had to do was call the other dentist office to transfer the new crown since they leave it all up to her. The receptionist then was upset because I assured her that my insurance approved me for a better crown. She told me that they never approve the other crown with an attitude. It was an insult to me. She did not check my profile from the previous dentist or call to get the other office to send the new crown according to the previous office. It's been months since I went to 535 dentist office, no call , or anything. 100% no type of care. I have a cracked back tooth that was supposed to be removed, nothing done. she never answered the phone or called back in months, there's no way the dentists don't know about her actions.

I made an appointment for earlier today, it was my first visit to this office. The office was very clean as was the dental room The staff was very nice and helpful and made me feel at ease. I went to get a tooth pulled and Dr Ben and Alicia (spell?) Were knowledgeable and explained everything I needed in detail. I walked out with a smile. Definitely will be my regular dental office!

I can't see why this dentist has bad reviews. it's a small office very clean. Thats so important. They social distanced the chairs- AWESOME. Nice staff. Polite, quiet front desk staff. One girl helped and called my insurance and helped verify my insurance for me. The dr Talked and walked me through everything he did. He was gentle enough. He was nice and friendly. I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood but once i got inside the dentist office I felt safe and comfortable. I had a good visit. I been to enough dentist to know when i come across a bad business.

Absolutely amazing I was running late 15 mins and the girl at the front desk was very nice she said no worries when I got there I did have a long wait but when I tell u it was worth it trust me the dentist walking in and he made me feel comfortable I told him what I was in for and he said yes we can do all two things I was shocked because most dentist be like ooo we gotta make another appointment but this dentist nahhhhh he was in it for the work he made sure and he keep checking back and forth looking for perfection but I'm very happy he did absolutely amazing I will definitely be back and did I say I live all the way in west bubble lol to come all the way to him 1 hour and 20'mins ThankZ to Jasmine for recommending me love it and they gave me a toothbrush 2 toothpaste Nd Dental floss that was very nice of them it's a must go

Just left there the Woman with the green eyes at the front desk was so rude she needs to be fired very nasty and disrespectful person to a point I wouldn't even set up a appointment cause if she allowed to work there being who she is I'm assuming they allow it and there all the same terrible place

The receptionist was late, I got there at 9:50am no receptionist was there just one patient, she didn't come in until 10:10am. Before booking the appointment, I called my insurance they told me its effective June 1st but due to Covid you can see the dentist/ doctor before that date. The receptionist made an appointment for May 18th she then called me a week later and changed it to May 20th due to the dentist not being in the office. For this appointment I took the day off of work, only to be told they are not honoring what the insurance company and Covid regulations are saying. Considering the fact we spoke about 4 times on the phone not once did she say you can't be seen until your exact effective date. The miscommunication between the insurance company and dentist/doctors office cost me a whole day worth of pay. In the future tell the patient they can't be seen until the exact date of effectiveness since you're not honoring what the insurance company is telling the patient. Call back my insurance company too just to confirm the information, DUE TO COVID YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE EFFECTIVE DATE TO SEE THE DENTIST OR DOCTOR BUT THIS OFFICE DID NOT GET THE MEMO. I will not comeback to this dental office, the lack of respect for my time is not to be played with.

They scheduled my appointment for Friday jan 24th. I got a text confirmation that said jan 24th. I got there on fri jan 24th and their sign said that they were closed. When I called their number, it was disconnected. 1/5 stars.
