Update: 4/27/22 I just got another one done and it was a great experience. I didn't feel anything. I highly recommend this place. I've had two root canals here a few years ago and I didn't feel anything. Dr. Creer did such a good job too. He's so careful. I felt very comfortable and safe. You are in good hands of you go here.

The receptionist Britney was really rude. Rudely she said No. You may not. Instead of saying. No I apologize but you can not go back is how you say it. Watch out for this receptionist. She has black short hair.

I recently visited this office for an evaluation for a possible root canal. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were SO kind! Paul was patient and explained everything to me in a simple way and so so nice and approachable! We aren't going for the root canal right now, but if I need it i will come back! Would recommend!

I had a botched crown about twenty years ago and even though it gave me quite a bit of pain over the years it wasn't until the last year that a new dentist suggested that I get a root canal and referred me to Dr. Creer. Dr. Creer confirmed that the crowned tooth was infected and we agreed to do a root canal. The day I showed up to have my root canal I was going over all the liability documentation and I started feeling nervous that this tooth which had been giving so much trouble for more than twenty years would continue to do so and the root canal would fail and I would end up needing to pull the tooth after all. I discussed with Dr. Creer and was impressed and appreciative that he took the time to discuss my concerns and the real possibility that although the root canal had a good chance of being successful, there was a chance that it wouldn't. I decided to take some time and think things over and discuss the scenarios with my dentist. If I decide to get the root canal, or if anyone in my family needs one, I will only use Dr. Creer because that kind of integrity is priceless!

Dr. Creer was great but I can't give 5 stars because the way they communicated the amount owed was very misleading. We knew about the evaluation cost but when they gave the quote at the end of the evaluation, it sounded like the evaluation was included in the total they gave us on the paper. We aren't questioning there was a cost for the evaluation, but if you don't charge until the other work is complete and only give us a single number, it makes it seem like that number is the final balance.

I was nervous about having a root canal but it wasn't bad at all. Dr.Creer and his staff were so fast and did a great job. The shots were really not too bad and then I didn't feel anything else. I hope I don't need another root canal but if I do, I'm coming back to Dr.Creer!!

Had a really great experience at this office. Dr. Creer was really knowledgeable and the procedure was painless. The front office was up front with costs. Would highly recommend getting a root canal from them.

Worst dental experience of my life as I sit here in pain as I write this review. He tore my gums all over my mouth and was not very careful with his equipment he used (to create a dam in my mouth). Very painful during the visit and now my gums feel like they are ruined (and I went in for a root canal that really shouldn't affect the gums). Very disappointing and I've had several panic attacks since thinking about it. After getting numb I sat there in the chair for almost an hour before he worked on my tooth. He was a nice person but he wasn't gentle enough with me as a patient with his equipment and now I'm suffering because of it unnecessarily.

I called the office before my sons appointment to make sure they contracted with my insurance, and I was told that they did. I got there, they took my insurance card and put it in their system, so they were aware of what insurance I went through before we saw anyone. They let me go all the way through my sons appointment and took scans and only after, did they inform me that they actually were not contracted with our insurance. I had to pay over 200 dollars for nothing. I should not have trusted them. I should have just called my insurance company to make sure. They called me later and tried to tell me that it was becasue I told them the wrong insurance, but even if that were the case they still had the correct information before I was taken back and said nothing. As a consumer please be aware that money is the highest priority to this company.

I was super nervous for my root canal. But Dr Creer was amazing. I barely felt the shot in the roof of my mouth, he was very gentle, the procedure was over quickly and he and his assistant (I think her name was Brook?) were like a well oil machine. We joked that they could've done it blind folded. If I ever need another too canal I would absolutely go back.

Had a root canal done it went great. The staff are amazing and take really good care of you. They were very informative of the financial cost and gave me all the information I needed to contact my insurance if I felt like I needed. They were the only person I had contacted that could me exact costs of the procedure instead of giving me a range of cost. Recommending them to everyone!

l did not know what to expect but after talking with the receptionist that quickly vanished. Dr Creer was amazing. He was very gentle. I really appreciate that they a sense of humor not two many professionals have one.. I highly recommend Dr Creer.
