Dr. Roberts graduated Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He received his Bachelors degree in Integrated Studies of Biology and Business from Utah Valley University. He founded Utah Smile Clinic and subsequently Smile Systems, with 8 offices currently in the network.
Dr. Roberts pioneered the industry changing 3 on 6 full mouth restoration procedure. He is one the most experienced implant specialists in the country. Dr. Roberts frequently lectures and trains dentists in the area of dental implants and smile restoration.

Horrible customer service had 3 fillings done and they left sharp spots which is no big deal but they couldn't even fix it for over a week. I wouldn't recommend Utah smile clinic to anybody.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I was so worried about redoing my whole mouth, but Dr Randy Roberts and his team are incredible.

Staff was great, although Dr.Wisenburg kept me waiting very long, and he seemed very upset and nervous. Which I think is very unprofessional on his end. Again staff was great, but he ruined this experience for me and I will not be returning if he is the Dr. In office.

After getting "all on 6" implants upper & lower, paid up front in full, within 2 years, two implants failed needing new ones placed, along with three other bridge abutments came loose. These problems happened because of the improper placement & inferior materials used. I've been waiting over 10 months now for my 3 permanent replacement bridges. Smile Clinic continually cancels my appt, giving me excuse why bridges didn't arrive. Smile Clinic does not value your time, or the pain & suffering going through this process. Communication is the worst I've ever experienced. Still waiting....STILL NOT SMILING

I am in short at times I can be a difficult patient. The staff and Dr. Locke have worked with me to complete the restoration of my jaw and mouth and I truly appreciate their efforts and their compassion toward me not just as a patient but as a person.

Easy to get in for consultation, I was sold before I got there and when Dr Robert's gave me the price, I scheduled to have an implant bridge in lower back. I had a tooth pulled with graph 4 mos prior by different dentist, and came home bloody, bruised and miserable. Dr Roberts pulled 3 teetg, bone graph and implant, I didn't feel pain at all! I had a hard time believing he did all that work that easy. He did and I am never happier. Another dentist talked about pulling all my bottom teeth and placing a snap in denture for 10 grand! I am happy I found Dr Roberts. His staff are all great, caring, and very polite people. Thank you Jennifer Ostler

I came in to fix a chipped tooth and Dr. Child was super nice and very good at what he does. I got brought back super quick and the procedure was fairly fast and he fixed it up really well. Definitely put a smile on my face here at smile clinic!

I went in to get implants and was very excited. Especially after talking to the dentist. They brought me the price break down and showed me that I'd just need the initial $1900 to start the process. THE DAY BEFORE i was supposed to go in they texted me saying that i need to bring $5000 and made it a point to say that if i cancel they'll charge me a no show fee since its within 24hrs of my appointment! Money hungry is what they are. And dishonest. Just hoping i can find a GOOD place to go. Thanks for nothing guys!

Where do I start? I drove from Kentucky to Utah to have the 3 on 6 procedure done on my lower arch. I was absolutely terrified to have the rest of my natural teeth extracted, but Dr Roberts assured me that I would be well taken care of and that things would turn out great. On October 6th, 2020, I went to sleep with 6.5 badly decayed and broken teeth and woke up a couple hours later with a beautiful arch of lower teeth! I am so happy with the outcome of my 3 on 6! I feel like I have all of my natural lower teeth back! Best of all I've gotten my life back! My smile is now complete. Thank you Dr Roberts for taking such good care of me!

Scheduling appointments was a hassle. They never updated notes or my account. Didn't realize what they were having me come in for until I was there. Very serious lack of communication throughout the office. Confused us on prices and went back on honoring prices they originally quoted. Dr. Locke and Marsha were absolutely wonderful though. My tooth looks and feels amazing. I'm very happy with it, worth the money. I just wish getting to that point hadn't been so terrible.
