They welcomed us with kindness n fix my daughter name correctly. I really recommend them..they can't say her name but they try its sweet dental assistants

I was a patient who communicated to this staff that I had lost my job due to my job closing down, they advised they would notate it on my account and for the time being I'd have an additional $200 on my total balance until I was able to add my bank card back on file when I was ready until then I wouldn't be able to be treated which was fine. What the receptionist didn't tell me was they'd be messing up my credit and keep trying to charge me and sending it to collections for any unsuccessful payment. Not once did their billing department try calling me before they sent my whole account into collections. The day i went to get my braces off I asked if they notated my account and if they can print me off any notes or phone calls made to me the receptionist said maybe billing can.. The lack of knowledge that the receptionist has as well as the misinformation disgusts me and makes me very upset. All of this whole place is full of unprofessional people with no knowledge whatsoever. The way they talk badly about patients in front of other patients is definitely a bad representation of who they are as a business.

We have been patients with the previous owner of the practice for well over a decade. We were hesitant to say the least when the practice was sold. This said, the transition has been very smooth. We miss the staff from years past, but as we get to know the new dr and his staff, we are still happy with the care and attention given. I recommend Utah Orthodontic Care for your family's orthodontic needs.

UOC has been absolutely great! The Dental assistance always keep me informed with my childs dental progress. The receptionists always try to accommodate dental visits to fit with the times I need. And the receptionists are always timely and kind to me and my child.
