I had my braces done here. I got permanent retainers on my bottom teeth that were done horribly. They're bulky and just done bad. To the point that when I went to my regular dentist for my clean up, the assistant made fun of them and joked how it's hard for her to clean my bottom teeth with floss because of how huge and bulky they were done. My BF went to Pobanz Ortho and his permanent retainers look magnificent and neat. My BF also gets a replacement of his retainers for free if they ever break or he loses them! When I lost my retainers I had to pay over $100 to get them replaced here. And they weren't even done well.

This place became a second home to me when I was going there. Everyone is very nice and enthusiastic. After 8 years of braces I fell in love with this place. I would recommend it to anyone who needs braces!

Sad to say, but my experience disappointed me truly. In particular, with their upfront receptionist (I believe her name was Raelynn?). After more than one bad experience with her I felt the need to write this review. Sad to say she might be the main reason I wouldn't recommend this place to someone. She was not friendly with me, and it got to the point that I felt like I was such a burden to her. Aside from that, she misinformed me about so many things regarding my procedure (figured that out after speaking directly with the orthodontist). Every time I mentioned to her any concerns of mine she disregarded them, basically told me I was wrong, and that I basically would have to pay more money so my concerns could be fixed. I understand maybe she was relaying some stuff from the orthodontist or the ortho's assistant but overall I was very unhappy with the way her comments were presented to me. I guess, if I could offer any advice to anyone who decides to come here is to simply speak only and directly to your orthodontist regarding your teeth, your procedures, and concerns. Maybe that'll help with your experience as their receptionist upfront (Raelynn?) will speak on procedures and on your teeth but more than likely you will get misinformation and carelessness from her. In part, I somewhat blame myself for speaking about my teeth concerns with her when she's never worked on them or seen them (Literally, we wear masks now!).

I used to dread the ortho/dentist but once you walk into this place you know it is going to be much different than anywhere you've ever been! They make me look forward to every appointment & they treat me like you I am their top priority. Back when I first went I was kind of nervous because I was going based off of a recommendation from a coworker, but they immediately remembered me every single visit after! Not only is every member of this staff amazing, but they have the most affordable prices ever. Especially for a 20 year old! This place is definitely a 10 star rating! Okay one more thing to add... my bottom teeth after only a few visits are completely straight with the Invisalign treatment they have me on!

I love UOC Roy! My braces experience was amazing and I am so happy with my results. I had so much fun every time I got to go in for my appointment. Everyone who works here is so fun and kind. They are so easy to work with so scheduling was always very simple and smooth. I really appreciate you guys and miss seeing you for appointments. Thanks for giving me a smile I can be proud of and for also being my dear friends <3

I've taken 3 of my five kids here and will take my youngest when she's older. They are very nice and they let you make affordable monthly payments. I highly recommend them for your orthodontist.

UOC in Roy is amazing. They have been great dealing with, awesome friendly staff and affordable payment plans. I have 2 kids I just put in braces a few months ago and I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the service UOC Dr and staff have been!!!
