Utah Orthodontic Care is dedicated to ensuring everyone has a positive experience. We had a few issues with brackets and wires from the get go...but they are responsive and made great strides to ensure their braces are quality and my daughter gets the care she needs.

Everything about my sons braces experience was exemplary. Dr Young and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at home. The office is beautiful with top of the line equipment. My son actually enjoyed his appointments because he got to hang with Dr Young.

Dr. Young is not only a very knowledgeable orthodontist and tooth straightening wizard, but he genuinely cares for his patients and provides a fun uplifting atmosphere! I couldn't recommend him enough!

The absolute worst experience! My daughter started her braces at 14 years old with UOC, We had a different orthodontist every time we went for a checkup. The information and care was never consistent between the different orthodontists. They were never on the same page. She wore braces, chains, bands, had her pallet expanded and was in pain for 4 years. After finally getting her braces off, She lost her retainer for 1 week and all of her teeth immediately moved. They made us pay for an entire new set of braces. Then we had more new orthodontists, more confusion and she began to have major pain and problems with her jaw. After seeing a specialist, we were told that her bottom teeth were pulled forward way too far, her bite was off and that her bottom teeth needed to be corrected. After that they messed up our invoicing and though it was poor communication and a huge mistake on their part, they said we could either pay the entire balance or have it sent to collections because at that point we wanted to go somewhere else! The most disorganized, unprofessional place I've ever been and a complete waste of money!! My daughter is now 20 years old and we are still dealing with her jaw pain and the correction of her bite. If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. Don't go here, you will regret it.

This place has been nothing but amazing the whole 2 years I had my braces. Very welcoming environment and they're too nice. 10/10 recommend this place if you're looking for an orthodontist.

I have had braces on and off for so long!! never got the results I was looking for until I found utah orthodontic care ! Dr.Young and his staff are to amazing! so very good at what they do! Dr. Young knew and did exactly what needed to be done ! I couldn't be happier with the results, Love my Teeth!! and the care I received from everyone at every appointment!

Did a fantastic job on my son's teeth and was excellent to work with. Craig Young is a great doctor and his staff are all friendly and top knotch. He takes time to talk you through the options and is patient. I am sure this is why so many people like going to Greg. I have recommended others to Dr Young and everyone comes back and tells me how glad they are to work with Craig and his office. The results and people here are great! Easy to recommend and definitely a 5 star experience.

My niece had an appointment last week and had the worse experience ever. We waited over 42 minutes to get called in , then they said the X-ray machine wasn't working. The assistant was on her cell phone texting while we were waiting for the Dr. Waited another 20 Minutes for the Dr. to come in! Do not recommend.
