I've been going there for a very long time. Had a lot of work done spent a lot of money there. I have a tooth with a cap that I was getting a bad taste from. Went there on three separate occasions about the issue. I had X-rays done, The dentist says she does not see anything wrong with the tooth and can't figure it out. I go to a different dentist Dr. Charles J. Petrillo. The first visit with Dr. Petrillo, He x-ray and tells me you have tooth decay underneath the cap. I was happy finally have an answer. So I go back to usa dental. Good news I know what's wrong. I need a new cap I have tooth decay. This is my thought process. Dr. Charles J. Petrillo offered me a great price. I thought wow. My dentist since I've been going there for a long time, spent a lot of money with them. They could probably do even better??? Nope they can't, They don't care and won't budge. I go to "Dr. Charles J. Petrillo" that's not my dentist only one time. Let me tell you he seems very caring from the start. It's not an act. USA dental fooled me. They made me feel like they would take care of me. Like we are family. They just want your money. Not very compassionate very cutthroat.

Staff is very friendly, my issues are with time management and the fact that you cannot go back with your kids to their appointments. If they're a minor you cannot tell the guardian they're unable to view what's happening at the appointment of someone they're taking care of. Giving very shady vibes like we want to hide any possible mistakes we've made from the patients family so that when an issue does arise they can blame the patient instead of taking accountability. Why are you trying to hide the work your doing ?

They seriously shouldn't get any stars. The dentist told me and my fiance that she was gonna take out 5 teeth due to an infection. But instead she took out 6 and a half. Plus, there was no wait time in between each pulling. She pulled 1 after another within 30 seconds to a minute of time. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Dr. T is amazing!! My teeth are in bad shape and I thought all the top ones were going to have to be pulled but Dr. T is saving them from being pulled! I still have more work to be done but I'm actually excited to go back to the dentist

Best Dentist I have ever been too . There so caring and helpful . I'm not a fan of dentists at all but since I've started going here, I don't mind going at all . I actually look forward to going because I know they do such great work and always fix any problems I have . I was in such bad pain and didn't have any appointment . I called on a Saturday and they told me to come in immediately right then and there . Soon as I got there they pulled it and I was finished . Every time I need to go in sooner they let me . Thank you so much guys !

This isn't a very professional dentist to go to. They switch their words around and dont answer you honestly. They act like your best friend when you visit but the next time you visit when you have questions and concerns about your previous visit they dont seem to care about your needs. They got very rude and snappy. We only wanted the truth about my fiances teeth. Not to have them act stuck up and ignorant. This had me very upset with how they treated my fiance, his mother and myself. I never was a patient but my fiance was.

This is the first time I have written a review for anyone but it is more than deserving. I have always had great experiences going to see Dr. T. and her staff. The team was great and they did a great job explaining everything they were doing as well as listening to what I had to say. She kept me calm and informed during my appointments answering all my questions even the dumb ones courteously and professionally. Whether a routine check up or an emergency they took the best care of my family's needs beyond what I could have or would have expected. My family and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend USA Dental to anyone and everyone.

I had an appointment at 9:30am. It's 10:00 and the front door is still locked. This is ridiculous!!! There is always and issue with this place. If I could give no stars I would!!!
