This dentist did absolutely nothing to help me. Charged my insurance for a cleaning I never had. I was charged for the x-rays she was responsible for telling me I would have to pay for. I have never written a review before but with the pain I was in, I feel an obligation to speak up. It's all about charging the insurance company and the patient for whatever she can get away with. If she had a valid explanation she would have answered the complaint I filed. My complaint was found to be justified by my insurance carrier.

I have been going to Dr. Potkay for Many Years. Dr. Potkay always takes the time to conduct a thorough Cleaning and Checkup. I have had no problems with My teeth since going to Dr. Potkay. They are Extremely nice and professional. I would recommend Dr. Potkay to My Family and Friends.

An incredible experience!!! I highly recommend Dr. Potkay!! I went for my first visit and she is amazing! I only wish I found her sooner. Her staff is wonderful and so efficient too!!

Love Dr. Potkay, she is extremely thorough, practical, doesn't pad the bills with unneeded work. She is probably not for the patients that are nervous about dentists, and want pain free dental visits. She's more of the "this is going to hurt for a minute, but then you'll be done" type of dentist. Which I appreciate. And there's no fake-cheery staff trying to chit chat with you. They're not rude, but It's all business, in and out.

Love Dr. Potkay, she is extremely thorough, practical, doesn't pad the bills with unneeded work. After seeing Dr. Potkay a couple of years ago and for 2 or 3 appointments this year I have ultimately decided to change my dentist. Her receptionist is not welcoming or polite when booking and scheduling, there were multiple events were she was rude because I was asking to book on days Dr. Potkay was not in (which I did not know, nor did she express what days she would be out). But regardless of her staff, Dr. Potkay is very nice when speaking to her but I've received multiple fillings and each time I felt her drilling and scraping the tooth. When I've brought up my discomfort she simply says "we'll give it a minute for the novacaine to work," waits a few moments then continues drilling while I still feel it. Only after I start gripping the arms of the chair do I get more injected into the area she's working on. I will admit I don't enjoy going to the dentist, nor do I understand their procedures, but this just doesn't seem right being I've been going to the dentist my whole life without this issue.

I drive out of my way to a place I no longer live to see her. She's a really good dentist, honest and doesn't try to take you for a ride. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Potkay.

My family loves Dr. Potkay! She is honest and does not recommend procedures that are not necessary. I highly recommend her!

As a new patient I want to say what a great Dentist! Dr. Potkay does the cleanings herself and this has to be the best cleaning ever. Staff was very friendly and efficient . I wish I found this office sooner. Highly recommend. .
