Had a tooth needed pulling. Called these folks, and they told me they could see me in 10 minutes. Got in, the tech was super sweet, and the doc was super responsive to my feedback. I don't wish a bad tooth on anyone, but if you have one, these folks are worth it.

Ease of scheduling a timely appointment. Staff were helpful & very personable. The assistant was exceptionally skilled and showed empathy and patience with my 82 year-old aunt. Dr. McKinlay is quick-thinking, precise, and really focuses on the person he is treating. This practice is a blessing to our community!

I apologize for this delayed post of GRATITUDE! I had to have a major procedure done that sounded like it would be extremely painful. The procedure was done painlessly and outside of taking Tylenol for about 4 hours, all was wonderful. The work that was done made my next dental fitting so smooth and now I have a wonderful new set of teeth. I was made to feel very comfortable at Urgent Tooth. The office was very clean and fresh and broke the ice immediately, ensuring that this was the right place for good dental care. If you are fearful or have any doubts about your dental care, look no further. This doctor is a Beast. You're in good hands with (Dr. McKinley). The procedure I had done is called an Alveoloplasty.

GF had appointment at 9am. Wasn't seen until after 10am. I don't know who this backup dentist was today but he is a LONG shot from Mr. McKinlay. Dentist took entirely too long. On top of that it was seen that he wasn't liked much by the staff working today. He was extremely slow today. Will def not recommend him to anyone.Wait for Mr.McKinlay if you can!

Did really good walked in with a really bad infection and within no time he's pulling my tooth and cleaning out the infection. I'll definitely be back there if I have any more problems

I had really bad anxiety... never had anything pulled... today I got 5 pulled n felt nothing until the infected one.... He was so patient... numbed me some more n i barely felt anything... they were great... very patient... and clean...thank you and I'm making my daughters appointment here next!

The team at Urgent Tooth is excellent. They are attentive to the needs of the patient and provide all information necessary for a speedy recovery. Dr. McKinlay is the best, highly skilled and very engaged. I will return for any dental health needs.

Urgent Tooth is an awesome dental place to go to for your dental needs. I was referred to them to get a tooth extraction and to have the tip of my tongue evaluated. They got me in very quickly to get the job done. The girls in the office and in the back were really nice. The girls in the back made sure you were really comfortable. I had three to ask if I needed anything and if I was okay while I waited for the numbing in my mouth to take effect. Now let's talk about Dr. Justin McKinlay. This dude is absolutely amazing at what he does. Why do I say this is because out of all the dentists I had (and I had quite a few in the past) he got my back tooth out in just a minute record time. He knew exactly how to get the gums numb to where you feel no pain. I felt zero pain. Dr. McKinlay took the back tooth I had out with zero complications. He just told me what I will expect as he pulled it and popped it out with some pliers. I couldn't believe how fast it was done, which was awesome! Also, Dr. McKinlay is a very nice and knowledgeable dental surgeon as well. Him and his team made such an impact that I would almost switch dentists, eventhough I live an hour and a half in Mount Airy, North Carolina. It may happen one day! Another fantastic aspect of Urgent Tooth is that they will take North Carolina Medicaid. Not many dental places I know of will do this. Thank you Dr. McKinlay and team for this wonderful and pain-free experience of getting my dental issues taken care of. You guys are the best!

If you're looking for a place to get extractions, this is the place. Dr. McKinlay is very gentle, and very caring. He fully explains everything, and gives you a chance to ask any questions that you may have. He's the best around. His staff is very friendly, and very nice also. I highly recommend him.

This is a great emergency dental service. Everyone was super nice !! Dr Mckinlay was super to talk to and easy going. He doesn't pressure you on what services he thinks is best. He lets you decide with no pressure on what you want him to do so please visit this office and feel better about going to the dentist again.Thank you !! Urgent tooth.

Dr. McKinley was awesome! He was friendly and his level of experience was felt. His level of expertise in extraction made my first time experience comfortable. I would highly recommend His service for extractions. Awesome attention to service and making you feel comfortable.
