On a Friday night I began having a toothache and by Sunday morning, I could not wait any longer. I called at 9:30am and was told I could be seen at 10am. I made sure to tell them I had severe dental anxiety. They were compassionate, professional, and helped my manage my anxiety without judgement. Dr Ron and Eliza were amazing. I wish I could see them for all my dental care....Id not have dental fear again!!!! Thank you so much for your help today!!!
Came in as an emergency extraction that my Primary Dentist needed help with (the Molar roots were stuck in my jaw, and would not come out). Filling out the sign in paperwork took longer than the extraction - they were fast, fast, fast, friendly and professional. will definitely recommend if you need emergency work done.
I needed to see a dentist urgently and I found this place in line at 1:00 am online. I called them early this morning (on a Sunday) and they got me right in. EVERYONE was so nice! From check in to check out! Dr Ron was super nice and my prescriptions were ready at my pharmacy within 1/2 hr. Thank you so much!will definitely recommend if you need emergency work done.
From the initial greeting to the goodbye, I received respectful, professional, competent care. My crown had come off and I called and got an appt Monday am. The temporary fix was to cement the crown but challenging because the tooth beneath the crown broke. Dr. Khan and Casey were wonderful. I eventually needed a root canal as the tooth beneath my crown broke which is why my crown came off. I was anxious to have this done but they were so understanding. I went to my dentist this week for a cleaning with a copy of the xray from Dr. Khan, they were completely impressed by the work that Dr Khan did. I am so grateful. Thank you Dr. Khan and Casey and your front office staff I am so grateful.
I was quite impressed by the service, professionalism and genuine concern. Despite my discomfort/pain Dr. Ron and staff made me feel confident, very comfortable and optimistic during my entire at their office. I highly recommend, Dr. Ron can be modest but trust he is like the Micheal Jordon of dentistry. He will work his magic and/or skills. I was a walk in ( from Long Island ) ... my appreciation is enormous considering the emergence and pain of my plight. Best Christmas Eve I could ask for ( please dont use pliers lol etc call Dr. Ron at urgent dental care( culver rd ) .....
I had a bad infection under a crown and got to see the doctor the same day I called...everyone there was very friendly and very helpful...prescribed antibiotics took care of the infection...i would highly recommend Urgent Dental Care to everybody in need of emergency dental care...Bob Lioy, Irondequoit, NY
Just want to thank all the girls yesterday 6/12 it was by far my best dental experience I've ever had, considering I had to get a tooth pulled, The Dr was Wonderful, everyone explained everything to me well and everybody was so nice, the place is clean and beautiful, couldn't ask for a better place Thank You all so much.
