On a Friday night I began having a toothache and by Sunday morning, I could not wait any longer. I called at 9:30am and was told I could be seen at 10am. I made sure to tell them I had severe dental anxiety. They were compassionate, professional, and helped my manage my anxiety without judgement. Dr Ron and Eliza were amazing. I wish I could see them for all my dental care....Id not have dental fear again!!!! Thank you so much for your help today!!!
Came in as an emergency extraction that my Primary Dentist needed help with (the Molar roots were stuck in my jaw, and would not come out). Filling out the sign in paperwork took longer than the extraction - they were fast, fast, fast, friendly and professional. will definitely recommend if you need emergency work done.
I needed to see a dentist urgently and I found this place in line at 1:00 am online. I called them early this morning (on a Sunday) and they got me right in. EVERYONE was so nice! From check in to check out! Dr Ron was super nice and my prescriptions were ready at my pharmacy within 1/2 hr. Thank you so much!will definitely recommend if you need emergency work done.
From the initial greeting to the goodbye, I received respectful, professional, competent care. My crown had come off and I called and got an appt Monday am. The temporary fix was to cement the crown but challenging because the tooth beneath the crown broke. Dr. Khan and Casey were wonderful. I eventually needed a root canal as the tooth beneath my crown broke which is why my crown came off. I was anxious to have this done but they were so understanding. I went to my dentist this week for a cleaning with a copy of the xray from Dr. Khan, they were completely impressed by the work that Dr Khan did. I am so grateful. Thank you Dr. Khan and Casey and your front office staff I am so grateful.
I was quite impressed by the service, professionalism and genuine concern. Despite my discomfort/pain Dr. Ron and staff made me feel confident, very comfortable and optimistic during my entire at their office. I highly recommend, Dr. Ron can be modest but trust he is like the Micheal Jordon of dentistry. He will work his magic and/or skills. I was a walk in ( from Long Island ) ... my appreciation is enormous considering the emergence and pain of my plight. Best Christmas Eve I could ask for ( please dont use pliers lol etc call Dr. Ron at urgent dental care( culver rd ) .....
I had a bad infection under a crown and got to see the doctor the same day I called...everyone there was very friendly and very helpful...prescribed antibiotics took care of the infection...i would highly recommend Urgent Dental Care to everybody in need of emergency dental care...Bob Lioy, Irondequoit, NY
Just want to thank all the girls yesterday 6/12 it was by far my best dental experience I've ever had, considering I had to get a tooth pulled, The Dr was Wonderful, everyone explained everything to me well and everybody was so nice, the place is clean and beautiful, couldn't ask for a better place Thank You all so much.

If I could give a ZERO I would! WRONG diagnosis!!! My 10 year old had his front permanent tooth almost knocked out. The Doctor looked quickly... said it's fractured and will need to be pulled. He didn't want to do an X-ray because it might hurt him. He seemed like he had never had a patient in pain before, or at least not a child. I said no thanks I am going to Strong. Then they charged me $165 for doing nothing but giving me WRONG information! At Strong they quickly called in a very professional team. They took x-rays, confirmed it was NOT fractured at all and put the tooth back in place. Secured it with a splint and stitched up the inside of his upper lip that was cut also. If you have a child with an urgent dental need please do NOT go to this urgent dental...go to Strong!! Strong has a separate pediatric emergency department that is amazing! Update: because I did not listen to this doctor my son still has his front tooth...it has healed well. It still makes me sick to think this doctor wanted to pull it out!

I had a tooth that was giving me extreme pain and no dentist would touch it without going to a oral surgeon... until i found Dr. Ron! this man saved me so much pain and wait time to see a oral surgeon that would have been over a month. I cant say enough positive things about this man and the practice great place highly recommend. Thanks again Dr. Ron!

I had lost a filling that turned into an abscess. The pain was unbearable. The day I called for service, Is the day I was seen. The facility is clean and homey. The staff thorough, friendly, and insightful on the care that they are providing. I was numbed before my extraction and felt nothing during the procedure. Prices were very reasonable considering the urgency on the matter. Highly recommended!

I am incredibly grateful for the amazing care I received today at Urgent Dental Care. From the front desk professionals to the dentist and dental assistant, I received such compassionate care. I fractured my tooth while eating a salad Sunday afternoon and my dentist office is closed on Mondays. I had pretty severe pain and needed urgent care and could not wait until my dentist office opened the next morning. Urgent dental care got me right in and fixed the problem right away. They were so patient with me and how nervous I was to have my tooth pulled. The wonderful dental assistant went over the after care directions with me multiple times and answered all of my questions, she also talked me through the whole procedure to ease my fears. I would recommend this office to anyone who will listen. A million thanks to everyone today and Dr. DiDonato!!

I absolutely recommend the Urgent Dental care in Rochester, I visited this past Sunday morning, petrified to visit a dentist but the pain I felt was so overwhelming I broke down and called. From the receptionist to the hygenstist Cassie, and Dr. Ron, every part of the experience I had been in tears previously about, was completely turned in to kind patient happy people, genuinely care and were incredibly kind, explaining every step. And honestly tge pain I was so I felt before they started with my 1 tooth extraction, was 100 times worse than the pain I felt in the chair, way wish I had done this sooner! Thank you Cassie, Dr. Ron and all the staff at Urgent Dental Care Rochester, I am beyond grateful! I hope this helps someone else!!

Hi my name is Karen. My dentist was out of town. Went to Urgent dental care on Culver. Doctor Laura was exceptional and her assistant was wonderful. I had extreme tooth pain.. level 10 . Dr. Laura and technician evaluated my situation and wit care and compassion moved forward to extract my tooth. The tooth was fractured beyond repair. The doctor removed my tooth after she reviewed all my options. Pain relief was on its way. The practice was wonderful and the follow up from the doctor and staff is unremarkable. If you need urgent dental care please go from start to finish you should be satisfied. Thanks from Karen

The level of care I was given at this place was amazing. I had a cracked infected wisdom tooth taken out that had to be broken into 3 pieces. I honestly didn't feel a thing. Amazing staff, nurse, and doctor! I would highly recommend if you have an emergency!

Dr. Ron and his assistant are two truly amazing, caring, and professional individuals. Dr. Ron will educate you on your options and best advice. His warm personality as well as his assistant is a plus.

Had a tooth pulled today on 4th of July I wish I would of called them first only reason I did not is because they are 3 hrs one way I called over 20 places on Sunday regular dentist is on vacation 4 would do emergency work if you were already an established patient. the doc and his assistant are awesome wish they had a closer office

This place is a godsend. I needed an erupted molar removed asap. The staff were all very welcoming and courteous. The dentist Laura and her assistant were very sweet and kept me at ease during the process. Would recommend to everyone. Plus they have a great financing plan. Will do all my future business here!

I called this morning after having a very painful infected tooth for over a week. I was in excruciating pain. They got me right in and pulled it today! Zero pain felt and when I went to my other dentist a couple months ago they said I would need sedation for removal because it hurt alot when they tried to pull it. Well I told the dentist today the issue and she made sure all nerves where numb before starting and it was totally pain free! These guys are amazing!
