I have been going to Urbandale Smiles for past 3 + years. I always receive very professional and high quality care. Dr Flinkman and entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Just went through 2 1/2 hr procedure. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. I highly recommend Urbandale Smiles for all your dental needs. Kathleen C

I went to this location for cleanup last year. After cleanup dentist gave me toothbrush and MI paste and said it's free. And after so long time they are now sending me bills for MI paste. And they didn't even mention what was that bill is about. How unprofessional they are. When I wrote review on google Nikki(employee of urbandale smiles) called me and told me if I delete my review they will waive charges for the item which I never wanna buy from them. Please careful if they give you anything for free. I will never recommended anyone.

Today I went in as a new patient. From the time I entered the door I was greeted by the front office girl Nicole. Very welcoming. Denise was my hygienist and went into great detail and took her time to explain everything. I would highly recommend this office If you want quality care.

Posting from my husbands account as I don't have google. My experience was exceptional and excellent they helped a fellow heath care worker out greatly. I don't have flexibility in my schedule but they made it happen to get me back into taking care of myself and my health. Their experience, knowledge and kindness was heart warming. From scheduling to exam and cleaning I felt heard. They made it work and I am so appreciative and happy I found them. Can't thank everyone enough and look forward to going to the dentist in the future! Also will be sending my family their way!

I've been through a few dentist..but Urbandale smile gave me the best visit ever... no pain..and the numbing went away quickly. I was also in and out. They pulled a tooth..as I said the best visit I've ever had

Amazing experience and results! From Dr. Wu, to the front desk staff, and the assistants my experience and results were incredible. I lost my taste and smell due to having the corona virus. After my first Ozone Therapy Treatment, just a week past my clear date, my smell started returning within hours of the treatment. Throughout the week many smells were apparent and some tastes. My second treatment was a week later and I can confidently tell you my taste and smell have returned. Those I know who have had the virus are still awaiting the return of their senses. I highly recommend the Ozone Therapy by Dr. Wu to boost your immune system and see if it helps you as well. Fantastic experience!

Staff is friendly, however, after price gouging us for a few cavities, extra X-rays, Rx toothpaste etc, they tried saying my son had 9 cavities and wanted me to obtain a credit card for over $3000 dental work. Went to different dentist and he had 3. Also, worst pain I've ever experienced having a molar filled and have been having trouble with it ever since. Don't recommend this place at all! 4/7/21 What an odd response to my review. Do you think I would spend time making up a review about a business I have never dealt with? I have only had 3 cavities in my life and when I came to you after seeing a dentist 6 months prior, you filled 3 cavities for me and charged me over $600. I also brought both of my sons to Dr Wu. One had 6 cavities, even though he had also been to the dentist 6 months prior and it cost me over $1000. When you told me my other son had NINE cavities and you wanted over $3000, we left and never came back. So maybe you should check your records. Feb 2020 Bennett and Patchin. It is unfortunate that you are unable to keep track of records for someone who has been there multiple times but leaves a negative review. I have the credit card records as well if you still question my having the wrong dental office.
