Dr. Zaidi is a proud Maryland native and completed her bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Maryland before earning her DDS degree at the first dental college in the world, University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She was one of the few nominated to participate in the Implant clerkship in her final year of dental school, which provided in-depth training on dental implants.
After dental school, Dr. Zaidi was selected as a resident in one of the most competitive and comprehensive general dentistry residencies in the nation the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Orlando VA Medical Center. At her residency, Dr. Zaidi received advanced training in surgical procedures in Periodontics, Oral Surgery and full mouth rehabilitation cases, which allowed her to hone her surgical and restorative skills and offer a wide range of services to her patients.
For Dr. Zaidi, continuing education is a necessity. She's constantly taking CE courses to keep up in the ever-evolving field of medicine and provide her patients with the most up-to-date dental practices. Her modern office boasts the latest technology and dental materials so patients get the best care possible.
Dr. Zaidi loves to give back to the community and help those most in need. In the past, she has worked with Latino and veteran communities. During high school, Dr. Zaidi shadowed at various dental offices and realized that there is a severe shortage of healthcare professionals in Maryland who can fluently communicate with Spanish speaking patients. This barrier to healthcare motivated her to learn Spanish and help an underserved community receive the dental care they deserve. Dr. Zaidi is now happy to welcome patients from all backgrounds and walks of life to her Clarksburg, Maryland practice.
When shes not in the office, shes spending time with her husband Chris and their mini goldendoodle puppy Kona. She also loves traveling and trying different cuisines. Dr. Zaidi enjoys staying fit through yoga, bouldering, hiking, and all types of exercise.

Once youre all checked in, youll head back to one of our modern operatories and meet Dr. Zaidi, where shell get to know you and perform a comprehensive exam to get to know your smile. Our office is designed with you in mind. Everything from the color of our walls to our ergonomic dental chairs are meant to keep every patient relaxed and comfortable during their visit. Our waiting room is equipped with a beverage station and an iPad bar, as well as a streaming-capable TV so you can sit back and relax while you wait for your care. We utilize the latest intraoral and 3D cone-beam scanners to create crisp images for accurate and efficient diagnostics and treatment.

If youre coming from the Germantown or Gaithersburg areas, the quickest way to get to Urban Dental Studio in Clarksburg is to get on I-270 heading North. Once youre on I-270, youll stay on the freeway for a few miles before getting off at exit 18 to merge onto MD-121 N/Clarksburg. From there youll continue straight onto Stringtown Road, make a right onto Sutler Square Terrace, take the second right onto Brewers Tavern Way, and our office will be on your right.
For patients coming from Hyattstown or Frederick, the quickest way to our Clarksburg office is to head south on MD-355 S/Frederick Rd. Youll stay on MD-355 S for a few miles before turning left onto Stringtown Road. From there youll turn right onto Sutler Square Terrace, take the second right onto Brewers Tavern Way, and our office will be on your right. I've been a patient of Dr. Zaidi for at least a year now and, not only is she a fantastic dentist, but everyone in the office is exceptionally friendly and professional. Every procedure is fully explained (with X-rays and pictures, no less!) and the text confirmations and reminders are a great help to keep your appointments. I could not recommend Dr Zaidi and her staff more highly. Being in the office with them is like being with family. High quality dentistry in a very enjoyable atmosphere. The best!

I have been with Urban Dental for about a year or so now. I had routine cleanings and fillings done there and I thought Dr Zaidi was very good....Very friendly, takes her time examining and explaining the situation you have. She discusses the treatment plan and so on .... That was until I needed a wisdom tooth extraction !!! I had previous experiences that were not pleasant (2 extractions of good healthy teeth) when I did my braces about 25 years ago. It was done by an Oral Surgeon and it was a mess to say the least ! So I was not too thrilled about a wisdom tooth extraction and I had some concerns. Dr. Zaidi did the extraction and she was SO AMAZING !! She was very patient as my tooth had very good roots and did not want to come out easily! She managed to get a cracked tooth out all in one piece !! She kept checking on me during the operation to make sure I was okay, and she followed up by phone to check if all went good and nothing was bothering me days later. Thank you Dr Zaidi and Staff for your care!! You are guys are awesome!!

Well I've found my new dentist. Dr. Zaidi was the most professional and proficient dentist I've ever been to. I came in to have my three remaining wisdom teeth removed. She didn't make me split it into multiple sessions. In fact she had me completely numbed and a within 25 min all three were out. Dr. Zaidi was very mindful of making sure I wasn't in any pain. I literally didn't feel anything. Nice office w/ state of the art equipment, great staff, I'll be using her again in the future!

Dr Zaidi is a wonderful dentist whom one can trust with the most complicated issues. I'm a person who trusts dentists with great difficulty but since I have been going to her with my dental issues, she has been absolutely amazing. My experience at urban dental studio was amazing! I needed to switch dentists because my previous one only did fillings. Dr. Zaidi however is different. She is comprehensive and capable of all procedures. When my fillings began giving me issues I came to urban dental studio and they were able to give me a full thorough treatment plan. We talked about getting implants and having my tooth extracted first and filled with bone graft. She educated me about the procedure and made me comfortable with what we were going to do and moving forward. I was nervous for the extraction and bone graft yesterday, however I feel fine today. My family will be switching over to her clinic because of the friendly atmosphere from her and her team and high quality patient care.

Truly phenomenal experience. The space is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and thorough. Dr. Zaidi was personable, fun, and gave me the most thorough and comfortable X-Ray and cleaning I've ever had.
