I haven't been to a dentist in forever and they made everything okay. Got two teeth extracted and it was easy peasy. Great staff! Highly recommend them

Went in for an infected tooth , two teeth were pulled an neither were the right tooth, I've been back two times since then to get the right tooth pulled because my face has been swollen for 2 months with bad tmj and I got charged $280 to be prescribed antibiotics in ten minutes of seeing the dentist after waiting hours in pain two times , it's been two months fighting a severe tooth/jaw infection and I can't get through or a call back from the office... I'm am stuck with an outstanding balance of $860 for not even having the right tooth pulled none of the times I have been here, this place needs shut down for malpractice

The receptionist was harsh and uncurtious. They could not careless about how patients feel since they have, in the receptionist own words, a long waiting list.

You could not do worse! To those confused about the negative reviews, don't be. Read them carefully. Some people like a nice bedside manner but nobody likes the wrong tooth pulled, or dozens of appointments for something a private practice would finish in 2 or exposure to excessive radiation for reasons that don't appear related to treatment. They can harm you even while being nice. Maybe that smile hides misconduct. I'd suspect so. Be careful!

Well let's see after 6.5 YEARS of "going here ", I still have NOTHING DONE !!!! They just keep moving you on and on with the next class of "Dentists". I have now been told that I have to have all my top implants removed and now we start over. Not including the ones that fell out ..It's been a big joke. I gave them $11,000. Last year, they made the semi-permanent teeth. What an absolute joke, they broke 4 times, I had to go back to dentures...

Idk what's up with the poor reviews fantastic customer service and even better care these professionals really know what they are doing compared to any dentist I have ever been to in my life they care they execute the problem quickly and yes they keep the door open for emergencies easier for the school students to rush in if there's a problem I give 5 out of five stars

3 hours of waiting for them to diagnose me with a broken tooth, & then proceed to tell me it's not emergent. Gave me a referral for general dentistry, for them to also tell me they can't get me in for multiple months. Nothing for pain or antibiotics. AND expect to pay for parking. Never again, not very helpful.

Do not recommend! They told me they do appliances for tongue thrusting for adults I get there after waiting for my appointment an hour. And they do not do them and want to refer me to a pathologist which is not what I needed wasted my time and money for nothing I will be sending them a bill

I have been trying for 3 weeks to make an appointment for dental work following my last routine cleaning. I was asked to leave a message. After the second message, I received a call and was informed there were no notes indicating a procedure was required and that I would get a call today to schedule that appointment. That call never came. In the past after having dental X-rays I was informed they were lost. They were found the next day, but I've had it with Eastman dental and am now going to a new dentist. The outgoing message informs me that it could take up to 30 days to have my records transferred. Rayman Dental had the worst patient care I've ever experienced.

Incredibly horrible customer service and unprofessional staff. They are not transparent with treatment plans or care. They are completely about pulling teeth They, even if unnecessary (trust me just get a second opinion after going here). This place takes the easy way out and doesn't do what is best for you!! They are an educational "facility" made up of unskilled staff who are unwilling to communicate with patients and have very rude bed side manner. They are not transparent with their care and become very frustrating when you challenge their invasive, once size fits all, approach. Absolutely awful place...especially for child care.

Made my child's dentist appointment and they have been calling me and reminding me that the appointment is at 9am. I arrive for the appointment and receptionist tell me her appointment is at 10am. I annoyingly asked her why they called and say 9am, if the appointment isn't til 10am. She had no explanation but yet an attitude. So unprofessional

If I could give NO STARS I would! Horrible Service and Horrible Products! When I had my dentures made within 6 months the two bottom front teeth fell out! I looked like I got hit in the mouth by an abusive man! Now when they fall out I just use Gorilla Glue.

Urgent care is a s*** show, the lady you check in with is rude, the phone lines have been down all morning, you try to tell the receptionist that and she says no there not, they just didn't turn them on( the I know everything attitude) I've called enough times to know when the phone lines are down and when the after hours is active. It's that interaction by itself that makes you not want to even bother coming here. If you don't like your job than find a new one, your patients don't want your negativity or your attitude. I'd rather go to a dental office, urgent care or not, that the receptionist is genuinely nice and smiles, rather then be treated as if I am bothering you!
