Yougrew upin Cincinnati, graduated from dental school at The Ohio State University, then completed your pediatric dental residency right here in New Orleans at Louisiana State University. Thats quite a change for a midwestern girl. Tell me a little about how you ended up in The Big Easy.
I keep memberships in a lot of organizations to stay up-to-date. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Dental Association, and The Louisiana Dental Association to name a few. Its important to follow the latest research. The parents want to know that Im providing the most informed care for their kids. I would want that for mine.
I love my Dr. Susan! I think its important to have strong relationships with the doctor and the staff. If it feels like a family, then the patients will notice. Makes it that much more fun to come to work. We have a great time together.

My daughter is in first grade. She has a few undiagnosed sensory sensitivities that make their greatest appearance at the dentist. This evening she told me she is so happy she saw Dr. Fallahi today because her teeth are important and it helped her practice being brave. And said, even though she was scared, everyone was very patient with her. From beginning to end- minor cleaning or major work- Dr. Fallahi and her team prioritize my daughter and her experience first. I'm so grateful! Thank you again

As a first time mom, this was a doctors visit I've dreaded for some time now. However, Dr. Susan, Laura (RDH), and the rest of the staff at Uptown Pediatric Dentistry made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out. The office is very welcoming to children of all ages and comfortable for the parents as well. There was little to no wait time, the office was very clean, and everyone my little come in contact with was genuinely kind and greeted him with a smile. Both Laura and Dr. Susan were exceptionally gentle with our 14-month-old and he left the office sporting his sparkling clean pearly whites.

We have been seeing Dr. Susan since our daughter was one. Dr. Susan and her staff are so wonderful and gentle with the children, and I always feel well-informed, and never like I'm being oversold on any procedure. The practice is very understanding about meeting families where they are.

Best Dentist visit my daughters had ever! My oldest is 12years old and I've been taking her to the dentist since she was 6months lol... Miss Ashley was great and very patient,Very informative with my youngest. Miss Caroline was awesome as well she was taking care of my oldest. Absolutely great staff!!!!! Wish I could give a 10star lol like that's a thing

Had amazing service. My child has never said going to the dentist was enjoyable. The best toys and distractions in the waiting room and treatment area. DDS was exceptional

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't told what the procedure was in order to prep my child! Also when the dentist was numbing my child I didn't like that they stuck my child twice in the bottom lip as well as top lip; causing her lips to swell. I really felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied! It was like the dentist assistant had a attitude because I was concern about my child!

Dr Susan and her entire staff are amazing!! They are very nice and personable. They made my kids as well as myself feel very comfortable. Treatments were thoroughly explained. My 4 year old loves this place!

I have a three year old, we have visited this dentist office since she was two. Every experience is awesome! Everyone in the office is so good with kids, my daughter always feels welcomed. Today we had treatment for a cavity which could've been a horrible experience but it went soooo well. I was given treatment options, they answered all questions and helped me choose the best plan for my daughter. I am very pleased with uptown pediatric dentistry!

My daughter has been going here for a long time. The staff is amazing and very patient. Dr.Fallahi Is very kind and professional. They specialize in making kids comfortable thats what I love the most.I highly recommend!!

The Uptown Pediatric Dentistry is an amazing office with professional care and a friendly, warm atmosphere. The clinical staff are welcoming, prompt, and cordial. There is a wide array of educational toys and books and games to entertain kids while you wait. I highly recommend Dr. Susan Fallahi's office. My son and I look forward to going to the dentist!

Uptown Pediatric Dentistry is the place to take your children. The atmosphere, the people that work there are great & super professional but great w/ talking TO your child not AT them! Took my kid in for a second opinion & I'm glad I did. I feel comfortable w/ Dr. Susan & she did absolutely amazing w/ my daughter. By far the best experience we've had w/ a dentist. The doctor my kids saw was good however this office do not work with you. If you are a minute late they cannot honor the visit. Today would've been one of my kids first visit but due to getting sick at the last minute I had to cancel the appointment. I was told I was not able to reschedule due to her being a new pt but asked if I wanted to reschedule my other child. No thank you, I'll just find another doctor to accommodate everyone. Going forward I will not recommend this office. If anyone decides to go make sure you are not late! Not even a second.

Christian has been coming to Uptown Pediatrics since he was one and ALWAYS looks forward to the dentist. The staff are always a joy to work with and timely! Today he was so excited he went back all by himself at 4 to get his cleaning and pictures. HIGHLY recommend.
