I have abad experience with them i take my mom there for dentures its been a year I don't get it done they never accept phone call i have too call many times too know what is going on ?i have too cancel appointment and schedule in different dentist now

I should not even be giving them one starThe worst experience that I ever hadThe dentist is rude. And the assistance is no better. As I was waiting in the waiting room aPatient came out crying. I would not recommend them to no one

I suffer from mental health issues. During a manic episode I had all my teeth removed in hopes to get dentures. After 5 months I still have no teeth. Ive had try ins that didn't even fit my mouth !!!! and it honestly seems like noone cares at this place. I'm loosing all hope.

Let's start with the lady that doesn't know what teeth she had to work on and was doing the wrong one,I asked her if she was doing the right one ,and she got up to sheck the exray and she apologized for not knowing, she is like 50 most likely of Indian nationality. And know they refuse to reschedule me for my 6 month cleaning visit, I have called but no answer, they canceled my visit and refused to answer my call smh,just cause I pointed out the obvious that she didn't know what she was doing.

I've been going to Uptown Family Dentistry for years. 2022 has been my worst experience with them, I had an appointment and instead of them calling me to cancel my appointment like professionals are trained to do...they texted me stating that they were short staffed. that may have been the case. I politely called to reschedule and again my appointment was pushed a month back I called yesterday 2-23-22 to cancel my appointment due to a last minute emergency trip however, I'm due to come back by the 1st of March. I called the office to see if my slot was still available and the same unprofessional receptionist stated that the slot was already filled. Once again as a business or maybe the receptionist did nothing to accommodate me so disappointing. I mentioned to the receptionist that it's time to find another dentist that receptionist said ok no problem. I'm very disappointed with the lack of accommodation and horrible experience this year

Cancelled my appt with in 3 days by text. I understand the staffing may be an issue but to have my dental health pushed back by another month inconvenient, borderline negligent. I could have been trying to find new dentists. May edit if an appt can be rescheduled in a timely manner.

They were very patient with me and helpful. I had to get my tooth pulled and felt very calm and willing with the doctor speaking to me the whole time and letting me know what he was doing. I went to plenty of dentist offices and this one I would go back to. Thank you Uptown Family Dentistry!!!!!

Dr. David a great dentist who made me my experience that much better.I've been coming here for years and I must say this is the best quality staff that I've ever seen. And not only are they friendly but professional and do excellent work. I went originally 1 month ago for a cleaning Dr David seen that I had a cavity and prioritized this immediately not only did he fill the tooth but the one next to it and made it look gorgeous as if I never had any work done . Then today he completed an extraction that otherwise would have needed to be surgically removed in a matter of 10 minutes. Hats off to Dr.David and his team at uptown family dentistry!!!

It's a shame when I call off work to take my wife to your location. We schedule out 4 months ago with the option to get her teeth pulled or fixed. So we schedule her in to get them fixed and then you say 4 months out when we arrive you don't have time ? What was the point to schedule a appointment so far out ? I don't recommend this place to no one. They obviously have a scheduling issue it's a shame ppl can't properly run a business all this girl wanted was her smile back good job for nothing thx.

If your not relatives with the front desk,(puerto rica no) you will wait until their family is seen first!! Oh and the staff are horrible to customers,rude,hate that they have to answer questions at all.. terrible place stay away oh & im currently still here sitting in the back waiting to be seen while they bill my insurance... this place is a joke!!

Prompt and on time. Did an excellent job and wasted no time. Very thorough and gave options for treatment that ranged from free to 800$ per tooth. They did an excellent job of rebuilding part of my 2 front teeth with filling sediment and u can't even tell any work was done. Definitely recommend uptown family dentistry

Extremely satisfied!!! The staff was very friendly and especially Jacky she was very kind while doing a full mouth X-ray as we all know not the most fun part. The doctor was so sweet and kind. Explained everything very well and all my questions and concerns were well taken care of. :)

I've been coming here since I was 5, they practice great infection control practices. The staff is friendly and pay attention to detail.

I was told I needed a deep cleaning but my insurance didn't cover it. So they didn't do anything. No monthly payment options discussed. Nothing. It was just "oh your insurance doesn't cover it" and immediately stopped working on me. I'm never going back here again. I rather travel far than come here. I got the impression that they're only there for your money. They don't care about your health. It's all business with them. If you still want to get your teeth done by them, just be sure you have money in hand or a credit/debit card. Otherwise they'll be real quick to stop and send you on your way.

My appointment was 12 noon ,she took me back about 12:15,cleaned my teeth, which too about 5 to 10 minutes top ,now when I got called back the waiting room was full ,so after she cleaned my teeth,I waited till about 12:45 as I am hearing the dentist meeting other patients who came back after me,and it was only 1 or 2 waiting when I walked out,Indian dentist I guessed took me as a dumb black man ,they will never make another penny off my insurance again.

If your terrified of needles and going to the dentist this is by far the best dental place I've ever went to. Good communications from the dentist and assistant. I would recommend this place over any other place. Staff in office are friendly, no issues at all had a good experience here.
