Dr. Priscilla Chang has distinguished herself in the fields of dentistry and dental education. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Dr. Chang is currently a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Illinois College Of Dentistry.
She teaches a variety of courses at the College of Dentistry including: dental anatomy, pre-clinical diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and occlusion for dental students. She has also previously taught pediatric dentistry as well as practice management. Dr. Changs excellence as a clinician, researcher and leader has been recognized by the dental profession. Dr. Chang has enjoyed private practice in addition to her academic teaching and scholarship.
Dr. Jeff Ruttencutter completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry and his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. He attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and graduated magna cum laude from Cornell College.
Dr. Ruttencutter has distinguished himself as both a clinician and academician. He has been elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and to the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society. He received a fellowship grant from the National Institute of Health to help support his dental training and PhD research. He has presented his wound healing research at national meetings in Washington DC, Bethesda, Memphis, and Chicago. Dr. Ruttencutter has enjoyed seeing patients and practicing clinical dentistry in the Chicagoland area.
Dr. Yvette 'Evy' Valenciawas raised in Berwyn, IL. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago andher Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. She aims to create a comfortable environment for each patient while focusing on communication to ensure complete understanding of treatment. Her focus is on prevention and education. Dr. Valenciabelieves it is vital for her patients to understand their oral health needs and encourages any dental questions they may have.
Dr. Stephen Libbing was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, before attending Indiana University to receive his bachelor's degree in chemistry. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where he now teaches as a Clinical Instructor. He aims to create a comfortable and transparent environment for his patients while providing comprehensive and preventive care.
He enjoys providing excellent care for his patients while also teaching the next generation of providers. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring Chicago, traveling, visiting friends and family and going to concerts and shows.
