Horrible just horrible very rude team and very unprofessional only took 20 minutes total for surgery and I'm still in pain after a week because I've only been prescribed 3 days worth of meds that really didn't do anything to help anyways so yea a waste of time and money would not recommend anyone to this office unless u want to endure total trauma (EDIT) : YOU ALWAYS PAY FOR ANYTHING THEY DO UPFRONT EVEN WITH INSURANCE I WAS CHARGED 190$ JUST SO THEY COULD LOOK IN MY MOUTH ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS ALSO HEALING PROCESS HAS BEEN PURE HELL BECAUSE OF THEIR INCAPABILITY TO ACTUALLY CARE FOR A PATIENT

I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Joudeh and my experience has been amazing! I have experienced minimal to no swelling, and the pain has been very manageable. Him and his staff were very kind and friendly. He even personally reached out to me the night after surgery to follow up on how I was doing. If you need any dental work I highly recommend him!!

I was referred to them by my orthodontist of Orthogathic surgery. I went for my consultation gave them my insurance information and waited to hear from them regarding the insurance weather it was approved or not. A few weeks went by I hadn't heard any thing so I called them. When I called them they said they didn't have the insurance when I know I gave it to them at the consultation. All these weeks they were saying they were waiting for it to come back when it was never put In. I gave them my insurance information again waited weeks for them to let me know if it's approved . After waiting months to know if my insurance was approved or denied they called me only to say they weren't taking any more patients for the year. I'm very disappointed with how my case was handled. I understand they aren't able to service everyone however my orthodontist contacted them in regards to the surgery to be sure they could do everything before setting up my consultation appointment. So why set me up for a consultation and have me pay KNOWING your not taking anymore clients.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed over Clemson's spring break in our home town by another oral surgeon. Once he returned to Clemson he started having some really bad pain in one of the extraction areas. There was no way he could have returned home hours away so I called Upstate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. They were kind enough to get him in the same day to take a look and treat him at no charge! Thank you from a Clemson Mom hours away from my son.

The front receptionist's do not know what there job is. The insurance people do not know there job. These women have no idea what is even going on half the time. In one day I was lied to 3 times by 2 different people. I have delta dental its covered 80% I was told because no one updated my information and no one communicates in the office that i had to pay 100% out of pocket and upfront. They then lied to my mom and to me again claiming that they had told me April 7 that i had to pay out of pocket and that I would have to file with my insurance. All this place does is lie! Donna is the queen of liers! Every word that comes out of her mouth is a LIE! beware of this office and the people who work here.

Had my wisdom teeth removed in 2017 had a great experience for the consultation with Dr. Joudeh, was able to schedule surgery on a day convenient with my schedule, then a great recovery. Was back to normal in about a week! GREAT staff! Beautiful office! Would HIGHLY recommend ANY doctors in the practice.

Had my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago and I have had a fantastic recovery. I was in very minimal pain and the procedure was done quickly and efficiently. They take very good care of you. Dr. Bowie is the best!

First of all, the girl at the front desk and the assistant were very kind and this review has nothing to do with them. The dr, Dr. Judah (could be misspelled) was horrific. I was referred to this office a couple of months ago while I was pregnant after a routine cleaning and xrays when they were unable to repair two broken molars for me with fillings because of how broken off they were. I have huge amalgam fillings from my childhood that have weakened my back teeth and I cannot afford crowns. The dentist walked in and tells me I need to stop having teeth pulled so I don't need dentures at my age. I was in tears while under laughing gas from his rude comments about how I need to care about my teeth more. I held it together somewhat after he numbed my gums, which he did NOT numb hardly at all. During the extractions I yelled out but he did not stop to numb me more. I've had a tooth pulled before and didn't feel a thing. I felt the cold, painful sharp pains and left the office crying my eyes out when I got out to the parking lot. My husband picked me up and took me immediately to get my prescription for pain. The dr left after the procedure without saying much of anything. I would never ever return to this dentist. He told me having a tooth pulled costs more than a filling. Obviously I tried to have a filling but my dentist was unable to do it without worrying the filling would come out due to how my tooth was broken and the other couldn't be repaired that way. I just feel so traumatized from this whole experience and I've had a traumatic experience with a dentist holding my mouth shut as a child and threatening me. I had such high hopes for this place considering the reviews.

This is my #1 oral surgeon. Anthony Bowie does great work. I recommend Bowie and his crew to anybody who needs oral work done. Wonderful and friendly environment. All together great place.

Dr. Bowie did a great job removing my 4 wisdom teeth. Process was quick and easy. I have had a great recovery. Best in the upstate!

Very nice staff and Dr. Bowie did a good job on my daughter's wisdom teeth. HOWEVER, when I spoke with the lady who handled insurance and payment, prior to my daughter's surgery, she did not mention a thing about not accepting AETNA Dental insurance. We ended up having to pay almost $1,000 out of pocket. So be very cautious when going to this practice and make sure they are in network. They will NOT tell you. Otherwise, you're going to pay a fortune!
