I had a great experience with Dr. Guilford. It was my first time getting a root canal so I had no idea what to expect and was quite nervous. I was immediately put at ease, had no pain or discomfort during the procedure, and was in and out quickly. The front desk and assisting staff were wonderful from start to finish as well. I can't recommend enough.

I was very impressed. Very friendly and caring staff. When I called I was in pain and although they were all booked up they got me in fast. They also helped me connect with other specialists.

Super friendly staff, techs, dentist. It was my first time having any real dental work done, and he walked me through the entire process, and I had no issues. Staff also has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!

I needed a root canal several years ago and was having a hard time finding a appointment without a long wait. Dr. Guilford worked me in and got me fixed up. My dentist informed me a couple weeks ago I need another root canal. I immediately knew who I wanted. Told them to refer me to Dr. Guilford. No need to look anywhere else. If you need one you need to have him do it. Great person. Wonderful staff. I have had two with NO pain.

Guiltiest and his team where amazing. I have a very nervous 12 year old and his team done everything possible to make her feel comfortable throughout the procedure. She even told him how great her experience was and that he was her most favorite dentist ever. Thanks for helping us through.

I hope you never need a root canal! But if you do~ Dr. Guilford gets 5 from Turtle, and another 5 from ME as Mom. The staff is Southern style polite and his patient care is amazing!

Ive had to come here a couple of times now for a root canal and just went this morning for one. I absolutely LOVE this place and the staff. Everyone is very friendly, always respectful, and they make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Dr. Wallace is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone needing an Endodontist!

We booked with this provider for my wife's root canal, though it was a 30min drive from our place. My wife was in severe pain for few days, and couldn't get any in network provider in reasonably short time. Glad we chose this one. The staff were friendly in providing a out of network quote soon after checking with our insurance. The doctor and nurse were very friendly and empathetic. They felt bad, that my wife had to live with pain and sensitivity for past few days. They took time to clarify all our doubts before the procedure. Motivated my wife throughout the procedure, and ensured she had no pain all along. He mentioned the post procedure precautions clearly and also provided a printed copy for reference. Whole process lasted less than 2 hours. My wife had a good night's sleep after several days thanks to Dr.Wallace! I definitely recommend giving them a try, even if they are out of network for your insurance.

I was in the process of having a crown done at my dentist's office and they realized I would need a root canal. They called and got me an appt for 5 days later. They called me that afternoon and changed my appt to the following morning so I did not have to go all weekend with a sore tooth. Dr. Gilford and his staff were amazing. They were friendly, informative, efficient, and extremely professional. Dr. Gilford put me at ease and explained everything he would be doing. It was really pain-free. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing. I was super nervous about my root canal. Staff was absolutely amazing. An hour later, my pain was gone, procedure done and I had absolutely no pain. I'm 5 days in. No pain. Sensitivity is gone and it's feels amazing. Dr. Wallace and team are epic! Thank you

Had a great appointment with Upstate Endodontics today, every staff member was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous about the dental procedure but the entire staff was calm and friendly while walking me through every step. Thank you so much!

I visited this office for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I have never been to an establishment where the staff was as kind, caring, considerate, and helpful as they were! Dr Miller and his partner were extremely professional. My wait time was minimal, and the teamwork the showed was awesome! I was terrified but they made me feel so comfortable and calm! I can't express enough how thankful I am to you guys for making my visit a painless breeze!! I wish you guys did more because I would definitely make this office my go to and I strongly recommend anyone looking for excellent care nothing short of amazing to give them a call. S/O to Rachelle. Thank you for helping me every step of the way and to the sweet lady who comforted me durning the numbing! You ladies rock!!!
