Upper Merion Dental Associates is the best dental operation I have ever experienced (I am now 73 years old). Well organized. On time. Informative. Committed to getting the work done well and advising as needed. Friendly, Caring, Class Act people who work there. Always interested and kind.

I walked into the office and it was absolutely pandemonium at the front desk. There was screaming and yelling at the front desk. When I finally got checked in, the lady who had my insurance card was YELLING it out loud which is something I am not comfortable with. When I finally got my card back and was sitting, a few girls were saying my name loudly at the front desk and said "what kind of name is that?" and they were giggling and laughing. I was mortified. I stood up and said what's going on. They told me rudely it does not concern me and to sit down. I corrected them on the pronunciation of my name and they said "whatever" as if I inconvenienced them. The dentist and hygienist who I saw were nice, but honestly my experience up front was unacceptable and I will never return. I am not comfortable with anyone at that front desk with my personal information EVER. Unacceptable.

Although we have moved twice since we started to go to Upper Merion Dental Association and live 30 mins away we continue to go here. The staff are wonderful, gentle and patient. Both my son and I go here. They were very kind when my son was tired after his first day of school and a bit antsy. They were patient and explained everything nicely when my son asked what each tool was and what they were doing. They have a fun waiting area for the kids and they are very straightforward. They don't recommend services you do not truly need. I started going here before I had my son and my dental health has improved tremendously in the time I have been a patient. I won't go any where else.

Would get five stars if they didn't send you 6 email reminders of your appointment along with 2 text messages and a personal phone call from SUSAN. Lucky for me they don't have my fax number. Talk about overkill. Oh and yeah, the hygienist was great

What a wonderful experience. I took my four year old for his first ever dental visit. I was very concerned because he typically doesn't do well with doctors but Upper Merion made Seamus so relaxed from the start! Reception desk was very welcoming, their waiting area was a ton of fun with their arcade and pirate ship, and then the dental hygenist and dentist were so playful and quick my 4 year old had a blast! He has a lot of work that needs to be done and the dentist answered all of my questions. I was walked over to a consult room where Maria helped us set up a more extensive appointment and answered any questions I had about insurance. Love love love this place. Thanks!

So unprofessional! They made me drive a 3 hour round trip appointment only to tell me they wouldn't help my nephew, whose mother died 6 months ago, point is, how would I have known he had previously been referred to another practice, but instead of someone READING a note in the chart, they scheduled us an appointment for NOTHING. PLEASE FIND A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE to take your child to!! And dont waste your time "apologizing-" if anyone from the office sees this. I don't need it.I need my day off from work back!!!

Been going there for 17 years. As long as I live in the area, they will be the ones I go to for dental exams, cleanings, and any necessary work. Never needing to wait for long. Dental hygienists are always super-efficient and nice. Dentists are great too. Recommending highly.

Had my regular cleaning and exam. Dr. Rush is very personable yet also thorough. Maggie, my hygienist, always has helpful suggestions, without being too pushy. They both seem to really care about my dental wellness. They are not just going through the motions!

Everyone at UMDA are very friendly and professional. They have done wonderful work with my son who has special needs. I would recommend UMDA to anyone.
