If you're looking for a dentist, you can't go wrong with Dr. Benlevi. I've seen him twice now, and both experiences were positive. Highly recommended.

I had better teeth cleanings. I went in. Their office seems messy, and someone was putting up signs to go to the desk before leaving. I waited and the hygienist took the X-Rays. He did not really speak or communicate to me. He cleaned my teeth oddly where I didn't feel like it was finished. The dentist asked me how it was and then got another hygienist to clean my teeth. She did alright. The dentist tried to upswell me on going to an orthodontist. My last dental office visit never did that. I asked for recommendations on my own. The billing was weird. I asked for an invoice but was told to email first. They also billed me afterwards. I am assuming they made a mistake with the automated message and billing my insurance. My last dentist didn't charge me as much and they did a better job. My dental insurance took care most of it. Practically all of it. I am tempted to give one star but the dentist was reasonable enough to get another hygienist to do the cleaning. Overall, I recommend going somewhere else.

I recently came in for a cleaning and exam. The cleaning was done quick, but not rushed. I'm happy I came in.

One of the best dentists I've ever been to. Low wait times and they're always able to get me in on very short notice. I've never had any problems with any of the cleanings or the two fillings I had done here.

The worst. This dentist told me that I had cavities that they could fix (to make more money), but after checking at a different dental practice, I was perfectly fine.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this dentist office and I had quite a lot of dental work done there . It took me 6 months to convince myself that it is a total waste of time to come to this office. This dentist accepts my insurance and they offer quick appointments which was the reason why I keep going. However, the work and staff representation is terrible. The doctor himself is more interested to joke around than answer your questions or walk you through the process. If you ask questions they look at you so weird and don't address anything. Last time I was there yesterday. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago because one of my premolar teeth broke. I made the issue clear when I called however when I got there they wanted to do anything else but address my problem. The dental hygienist didn't tell me she was about to do a cleaning which I refused once I noticed she was about to start. The doctor came in to look. He said it needs filling and numbed me then another young woman came in. I tried to ask questions but they have 0 interest to answer anything. Se didn't introduce herself at all, no one does that here besides the doctor at first visit. She Started drilling on the other tooth next to the broken one. I asked her to stop. She said it needs filling as well because it is starting to have cavity. I repeated myself that I only will address the broken tooth.Dr Benlevy interfered from behind yelling at her to not go in details with me but do the broken tooth only. The work was gentle but she dug a huge whole on my tooth and made it bigger than it was. I know my tooth won't be the same again but going to a dentist should give you some comfort on finding the best solution not just drill you. I am so disappointed and I would say I deserve this because I went back again. Dr Benlevy never came in to check the final work. I hope whoever reads this review thinks twice before going there because I am done. It is not worth it even if your insurance covers everything. If you care about your oral health just avoid this doctor.

Happy to be going to this dentist for an implant which I need now. I'm still a big chicken but not as much as I have been in the past and my anxiety of dentists have lessened since seeing him.

AVOIDE THIS PLACE!!! Went in for a standard root canal. The dentist did a TERRIBLE job and when i went to a specialist, she told me that I need to have the tooth extracted because of what he did. This is now costing me 4 thousand dollars plus to fix it because of his errors. I am FURIOUS! STAY AWAY!!

THE WORST !!!!!! HE REMOVED MY DENTAL CROWN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. He tried to sell me a crown that was $500 and after I told him that it was too much for me and I didn't have the money, he made me open my mouth and without my consent he proceeded to REMOVE MY OLD CROWN ! I started crying and yelling at him and he left the room leaving me alone for 15-20 minutes to later come back and tell me that he was sorry and he was gonna give a $50 discount if I was getting the good quality crown. I've never experienced something like this before so PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR !!! Now I had to get my tooth fixed in my country Peru, because no other dentist in NY wants to continue the bad work this doctor did. SHAME on this dentist!! I'm spending money traveling back and forth to Lima and paying a dentist when I wasn't supposed to

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE I've been taking my teenage kids here for a couple years and have let a lot slide, but today is the last straw. Dr. Benlevi is unprofessional and very shifty. Pre-billing insurance, numbing my daughter before talking to her, not straightforward about what she needs. He pressures patients to get work done they don't need. I would stay away from this provider. UPDATE Just took my daughter to another dentist only to find out she has 11 cavities! ELEVEN!!!! She had been a patient on Benlevi's for 4 years, seeing him every 6 months. Additionally, fillings he had previously done were NOT DONE correctly and need to be redone. He left decay in the tooth. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST

The owner is very nice and definitely knows how to keep his patients happy. I didn't have a pleasant experience last time, and he was able to make everything right. I was told that I can ask to have my cleaning done by hand rather than by the machine. That fixes the water splashing that I and many others seem to experience. Due to my previous experience, he provided a complimentary cleaning. In regards to staffing, I think the front desk can have better hospitality skills. As in they seem to always talk back to the owner when times are busy. My previous review was not that great as I was very annoyed with having to wait a month before getting my night guard that the front desk did not communicate with me after I had reached out twice. Overall, I think if you request a specific dentist and have it be hand cleaned, you will have a better experience. I greatly appreciate the owner for fixing the wrongs of his staff.
