I grew up in Diamond Bar and am the youngest of two sons. My niece and nephew are a huge part of my life and love spending time with them. Growing up I was always drawn toward science and found that I had a passion for healthcare while volunteering at Pomona Valley Hospital.
I had always known I needed to work someplace where I would be challenged both mentally and physically. I was working as a lab tech and receptionist in a smaller private office in my senior year at UCI and found the diversity of patients and tasks appealed to me. It was great meeting new people and getting to know the patients on a more personal level. Watching all the different procedures the doctor was able to do every day made me think that there would never be a dull day and that has proven to be true.
I have a passion for cars and often find time to go racing on weekends. I spend a lot of free time playing golf and watching football. I am also a die-hard 49ers fan and still have season tickets from when I lived in Northern California.
My parents are my heroes. they left everything they ever knew to establish a family in a new place where they didnt know many people in order for my brother and me to have a better life. I am so proud to be called their son.
