After the consultation, my appointments were broken up into 3 more: half mouth deep cleaning, filling a cavity, and the other half mouth deep cleaning. I'm not really sure why they break it up into mini appointments. I'd rather get it all done at once but it wasn't horrible. Each one took no longer than 45 minutes so that was good. The hygienist that did the cleaning was super nice and informative. The dentist was quick. I forgot the name. I still have to go back for a polish and check up.

The office is beautiful and up-to-date. The staff is very friendly and kind and understanding. They did explain to me more than the last dentist. I went to last month and if I could afford them, I would come back but greed and inflation and oh my God I cannot believe the price they quoted me, so I'm gonna double check Monday. Absolutely no shade to park in but that's not their fault.

I had a GREAT experience with my dental appointment, staff is very friendly and NICE. I love the doctors and thier amazing personalities. they explain everything step by step and they are the best at what they do. I had a crown done and I had absolutely no pain at all. love the place and I will RECOMMEND all friends and family to this dental office. thank you Doctors

Best Dental Services. Staff makes you feel at home & at ease. Doctors are very professional. I drive 300 miles 3 times a year to visit Dr Castro & wouldn't have it any other way. A+++ Five Stars +++

Worst customer service ever experienced. I have to give one star because I can't give zero stars. Firstly they will make you wait for your appointment for 15-20 days which is normal and on the day of your appointment, they will call you an 1 hour before and reschedule it. Ridiculous on their part. Once in a while is understandable but all the time is unacceptable. Learn to value other persons time as well. No one is that free that's why appointments are made, but some places don't respect that.Don't go guys.

I go to the Rancho office and I couldn't be happier. All of my kids go here and they make our dental/ortho life so easy. They are prompt with appointment times and extremely gentle when doing any work. None of my kids fear the dentist, we have loved them all. The front office staff is SO nice, and I think they are extremely affordable for families. Thank you Upland Dental in Rancho for making my family feel so welcome!

I haven't been to a dentist in a while so I tried this office out for the first time the other day. I ended up having quite a bit of work to be done and they offer payment options which is nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Harry is soft spoken and is gentle when working. He and the staff explain what they're doing so you're at ease. What I like is that they are very responsive to patients and constantly checking to make sure you're comfortable. During procedures they offer to play movies on the computer monitor so there is some distraction and can look at something other than the ceiling. Overall I really like this office and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Thanks Everyone. I went in as a walk-in, they were able to take me in right away. I saw the Doctor within 25minutes and he told me what was going on with my tooth. I needed a root canal. Dr. Johnny was gentle and has cutting edge technology! Thanks for your time guys!! My tooth feels Great now.

This place is amazing !!!! After having a traumatic experience with Western Dental I stumbled across this place because I was in dier need of a new Dentist. Let me just say THE MOST SWEETEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!!! That means a lot because your teeth are your health and health is Life they work with a great amount of integrity always recommend the best treatment but not pushy salespeople who just want to rob you blind of your money they work with you with everything from support and comfort to financial PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY you wont be disappointed!

There is absolutely no person in earth who genuinely enjoys going to the dentist...but I'm the exception. I broke a molar Nov of 2016 and have visited the office at least 5 or 6 times since then the start a treatment plan. I had braces in high school and after taking them off, I never went to the dentist, so its safe to say i have a lot of work and a long road ahead of me. Both Dr.'s Harry and Johnny are incredibly kind, gentle, and genuinely care for you. As if that wasn't great enough, their entire staff is just as fantastic! I know them all by name and they all know me. It's comforting to know that you're being handled by people who care about you, not your bucks. Thanks guys!

I came for my first time and was very nervous!! The dentist always freaks me out a bit and I was even more nervous about my insurance because I just switched. The entire office staff were amazing and super helpful but the insurance lady was the best! She was so personable and made me feel comfortable being at the office. She was very patient and answered all of my questions which I know must have been annoying because I had a lot! I don't know much about insurance!! She explained everything to me and really just made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful experience! I received a lot of great information and left feeling relieved! Thank you!! :)

Upland Dental Group and Implant Center is an awesome Dental Group. They have an awesome staff. Dr. Harry and Dr. Johnny are the best dentist I've ever had. They are very pleasant and very welcoming. They do not make you feel bad for the dental work that you need, I appreciate that. They always have a smile on their face. It's amazing! Isamar, Jennifer, Kim and Brenda are the best! Every time I go in there they are so pleasant, smiling, welcoming. I get hugs ( thank you Jennifer ) I love them. They are so sweet and awesome. I got two of my wisdom teeth pulled and they made me feel so comfortable and I feel way better than I did before. I actually am looking forward to getting my next two wisdom teeth pulled just because they make me feel comfortable and safe. They look out for you, they are there for you. They make me want to continue to come back. My two daughters also go there as well. My youngest daughter has braces and I honestly thought that she was going to have her braces on for at least four years and she's had her braces on for about a year-and-a-half and already just about time to come out. What can I say about Upland Dental Group and Implant Center...they are the best! I would definitely absolutely recommend them!! Thank you so much ladies!! Thank you Dr. Harry and Dr. Johnny!

Wonderful family dentist. Caring and responsive staff. Experience and technology is beautifully blended. Office is very clean with many bells and whistles. Highly recommend it for all your dentistry needs at a reasonable cost with no surprises and very knowledgeable and friendly dentist

Dr. Johnny and Dr. Harry are hands down the best out there! i have been going to them for a year now and the care and attention they give each patient is above and beyond! I was so scared and hesitant in getting my root canal and Dr Johnny called me the day after to check on me and make sure everything was going good with it ... you just don't hear about doctors calling there patients anymore. I recommend them to everyone!

Upland dental group was amazing with my daughter and everyone was so kind and friendly!They make you feel very at ease and everything was quick and efficient. The office is clean and spacious and my daughter felt very comfortable with both the nurse and the doctor. Will be coming here from now on with any teeth needs. January, the receptionist was so helpful and kind. Thank you Upland dental!

They only use the best products out in the market with affordable price and reasonable payment plan. Staffs are very friendly, knows exactly what do to. My whole family is going to this place!
