If I could give zero stars, I would. For various reasons, dealing with this office has been an absolute nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist if you haven't had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these people, TRUST ME.

The only person that is professional and nice is the doctor. The Middle eastern assistant that did my cleaning harassed me telling me that I didn't pay when I did pay. He's the only one that has been working there for years and longer than anyone else. He made fun of my teeth and judged it and was very unprofessional.He made me feel so uncomfortable that I never want to go there again. I think he has so much hate for women that he needs to make women feel like they are worth less. He shouldn't be working in a practice if he is going to be discriminating women.

My visit to this dental clinic was a horrible experience and my 1hour appointment was handled very unprofessionally. I was just waiting for 20 minutes with no one at the reception desk to attend to the patients. When finally the receptionist(Anfil) appeared, he handed me the new patient information forms which was 3 pages long with numerous questions on each page. I could have filled this form if someone would have handed it to me as I came in. It took 5-10 minutes to fill the forms. 30minutes of my appointment time was totally wasted with no apologies. In fact on me asking how much longer it is going to take, the receptionist shrugged his shoulder and said it is takes longer when they are short staffed(again no apology). After another 15 minutes I was taken in for getting the dental x-rays done. This was nothing less of an ordeal. The assistant was using weird looking x-ray equipment which she kept thursting in my mouth very roughly. I didn't think it was very sanitary the way she was going out of the room to press a button on a wall everytime she had to take an image for the x-ray and then adjusting the equipment in my mouth. They seem to be using some outdated systems for their operations in general. Dr. Kodi came in apologizing and blaming the long wait time on the new patient info forms(which was not the case as it took me 5-10 minutes to fill the forms out of the 50 minutes of the waiting time when I had an appointment!!). I ended up extending my appointment by 30 minutes just because these people couldn't handle the service professionally. Very unprofessional service. I tried calling them the same day to ask a few questions about my treatment and I am yet recieve a call back. Also, they charge you $25 before the appointment for some covid safety kit. I did not see any precautions they were using for the patients (i.e. the unsanitary x-ray). I would never set foot in this practice ever again!!

We were scammed. This place is the worst. They don't provide the services that are paid for in advance. They have horrendous customer service. To give UNLIMITED SMILES even 1 star is too good of a review. I can't in good conscience ever recommend this place.

This place definitely got better. I don't care for their call center. Doctors and assistants are professional. Covid policies are in effect and Followed. Office is clean and social distancing. I would recommend them.

Worst experience of my lifetime. Got 2 crowns done here, 4.5 years ago. The fit of my crowns have been readjusted by another dentist because they were too high and wasn't matching my bite. One of my crowns just fell off suddenly. Over the past several years I have taken better care of my teeth so there is no reason why my crown should have fallen off. I will be reporting this company to BBB and filing a claim. 4.5 years later, they are still in business, WOW! How the hell is this company still in business??????

It was the worst experience that I've ever had. I have been going to this place for a year and did two crowns and some fillings. The feelings came off and I have to do them again one of the crowns have had a lot of issues and been going to this place for 1 crown more than 20 times and been having problems with the shape,shade and the crown broke 2 times tbe lab they are working with is not a good quality lab. The owner Alireza Moheb is just a business man and he was very rude to me while I was sitting on the bench with my mouth open and numb and he started saying that why I'm coming to this place if I'm not happy with the messed up crown they made and I couldn't answer him with his rude behavior if you want your time wasted and insulted go to this place. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

This office will rob you blind and charge you for work they HAVE NOT DONE!! We were only supposed to have a co pay of $1,030 but they changed $4,200 and never did the root canal then refused to refund our money. Small claims court here we come!! Don't waste your time or money here!! Not to mention their equipment doesn't work and the doctor throws tantrums during patient care!

Amazing experience! I went in for a check up, X-rays and followed up with a deep cleaning. Dentists and office assistants are very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly!! Professional and truly care about patients. I will be getting crucial dental work done here in the future.

Qianna and the entire staff at Unlimited Smiles were incredible. I am new to the practice and everyone was professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I just got the best teeth cleaning I've ever had with Qianna and received very helpful info from her to up my dental hygiene at home. Great experience.

Last Wednesday I was really nervous regarding my Grandsons 1st grade dental examination, but I called the Walnut Creek office and spoke with a very professional and sweet woman named Shawnet. She made me feel like I had been going there forever. So my appt. is set for this coming Monday afternoon. If the appt goes as well as my phone consultation we should be a great team. I am not nervous at all anymore. Thank you Shawnet.
