Had my bottom wisdom teeth removed in office no sedation. The man removing my left lower wisdom tooth yanked and twisted and hard a really hard time removing it. He said it was very close to a nerve and he was going to try to remove just the top half of the tooth... and leave the root. He did not. He took the whole tooth. Then to top it off my tongue never went back to full feeling on the left of my tongue. Then years later I had an x ray and they said that there is metal sitting atop of my nerve. They refused to do anything or offer any comfort. This is a terrible place. I've never been back. Nor has any of my large family. Thanks for altering my quality of life. Next time, just don't recommend this unless necessary which it wasn't in my case. I paid about 350 for metal to be left in my jaw.

Arrived there on time, waited over 10 minutes at the counter, I could hear at least 3 people talking and laughing in the back after calling them out using my loudest voice I decided to call their number, I heard it ringing but nobody answered it so I dialed again and I could hear it ring in the back but they just continued talking, finally I knoked on the glass door leading to the exam rooms and screened "helloooo", a apologetic lady finally showed up and had me sing documents and took my son inside 1/2 hour later my son was out and she was explaining that the root canal had to be redone and she was going to refer my son to a specialist, then I asked her if the doctor who performed the procedure was not able to fix the problem and asked me where was it done and I said here, she looked it up and it was a Dr Fong who did the procedure, she asked if we wanted to come back next week and I said only if another doctor can see my son except Dr Fong, continued if he didn't do the job right the first time he would make it worse the next time and that I didn't trust him, my other son had looked at your reviews on line and the reviews are terrible plus this one, I believe this people are very comfortable being irresponsible and performing doubtful work just to keep clients coming back for more treatments to problems that are caused by them just to keep the practice running, not successfully but barely, I will never go back to Unlimited Smiles again.... TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Very bad experience. I had to get a crown and I had to go to Napa 3 times because they didn't have it and they didn't tell me nothing and 3 months after getting my crown it fell down because they didn't glue very well.

I went here to replace a lost mouth guard and still don't have a usable one after several weeks and three visits. The first time they tried to fit me with a mouth guard that they eventually realized was not made for me. For the second one they were so focused on getting me in and out of the office that they didn't take time to fit it right. The resulting guard was abrasive and uncomfortable to wear and has already worn through in spots after only a week of use. I know they're trying to minimize everyone's exposure during COVID-19 distancing, but that doesn't explain the original error. And if they're going to treat patients at all, they need to take the time to do it right! Will update review when I see how they respond when I show them the damaged product...

My husband went in for a cleaning. The receptionist ignored him to take phone calls for so long and the hygienist didn't show up to clean his teeth for over 25min. It all took so long that he had to get up and leave without a cleaning so he wouldn't be late to work.

I had nothing but a great experience there with my daughter and myself. He saved my daughters tooth from having to get a root canal. The previous dentist at another place did a horrible job on her filling. They were super accommodating, professional and friendly. The woman that did my cleaning was awesome also. I learned a few new things from her walking me step by step in the process. I will continue to go here and recommend them.

This is the worst experience we had. We had a schedule appointment but the clinic was closed when we get there and didn't even get any calls for rescheduling. We already paid in full but still the service is incomplete and my dad couldn't eat properly yet up to now for almost 4 months because we haven't gotten his complete denture. Tried calling and sending email but didn't get any response yet.

Brought My daughter here for the first time and the staff was amazing. They were caring and patient (which is what you need when dealing with children). Gabriela was great she took time when explaining the treatment plan to me and made sure all of my questions were answered before we left. I would definitely recommend going to see them.

DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE YOUR SERVICE AND INSURANCE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! READ THIS REVIEW...... Long story short back in May 2017 my wife took my son here and they wanted to do all these preventative sealants on our young son. I told my wife to only have them do work covered by my insurance. Then when I got my statement from my insurance there was a balance for work they didn't cover. I immediately went down to the office. Once there the office manager at the time Jennifer said "Oh our mistake" We'll take care of it". Everything was so poor about this office thankfully we changed providers after several other issues. Fast forward to December 2018 and I get a bill from collections. They never even sent a bill to my residence which they say they did. Then the office staff tells me it's an on going problem with their out of state billing department. Several days and many phone calls later they won't respond. They did however respond to the collection agency telling them I was responsible because I didn't have it in writing. When you call the billing department you get a generic " Please leave a message". This is the most unresponsive and unprofessional company I have ever had the disappointment of dealing with. I won't go into the poor detistry we dealt with causing multiple return visits and issues with simple things like making appointments. Do yourself, wallet, and mouth a favor and go anywhere else.

I got my teeth cleaned here in this office. Sukraj and aman, the assistants did a good job. They are so accommodating and friendly. They had a very good customer service.

I went to unlimited smiles as a new pt. Doctor Moheb is really nice and he explained well about my teeth needs to get treated. He did the same day treatment even though he was running late, I felt very pleased with his Assistants Aman and Mari are very professional and they know what are they doing. I highly recommend this office, definitely will come back

Went last week to get xrays and exam done.. Nice office and very nice staff in there, specially the assistants are very helpful. Aman took my xrays and she was very professional and caring. After that Mari helped me in the exam room and she explained my treatment very well. I really like everything about here, i would definitely recommend this place to everyone
