I made an appointment for my son a month ago. I was called the day before his original appointment and was told the doctor wont be in for his appointment. So we rescheduled for a later date, 2 days before this appointment I was called to confirm that I could make the appointment I told them I was going to be there. I arrived to my sons appointment 15min. early and no one was in the office. I called the number provided on the door twice as well as the online number and received no response. Found it to be extremely unprofessional.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous, especially considering the adverse circumstances ( pandemic, fires). Our distanced method of payment worked fine, though I still need to have an itemized statement sent for the work paid for to date, including medical codes for various procedures. Thanks again. I have NEVER had a better Dental experience!!! Dr Lao and her entire staff are the most professional, caring and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. She immediately diagnosed my problem and even though it was a lot to be dealt with, she and her assistants stayed until the end of the day to make sure I was taken care of and treated like royalty! I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Lao and her entire staff and will be back every 3 months as suggested. Thank you SO much for the empathy and the perfection of your treatment!!!

I had the absolute best experience at unlimited smiles on my last visit. Dr. Medina and his dental assistant Ann were so gentle with me when I was getting 2 fillings. I am terrified of needles in my mouth and when Dr. Medina carefully gave me the shots, Ann was an angel and rubbed my arm making me feel so so calm. I requested them for my next appt. I've never had a better experience at the dentist. Highly recommend using them. Very professional.

Friendly and attentive staff. Came in as a new patient, Mireya was very informative as to what my options were. Started and finished my treatment and I couldn't be any happier with the result.

Great dental office. I had come in as a new patient last August and had a few crowns done. I love Dr. Lao and my hygienist Soheil. I come back every 3 months for a cleaning and every 6 months for my check-up.

Great dental office where i always feel welcomed, front desk girls always have a smile on there face. The treatment coordinator Mireya explains to me my treatment plans above and beyond when i don't understand so well. Dr. Edwards is my fav. doc explained everything i needed done with details and why i needed it to be done including his assistant Yesi, always asking if im ok and feel comfortable, if i needed water etec.

I recommend this office i love my doctor MEDINA and the staff are great. I always feel comfortable when i come in. Mireya is a great help .

I have had a great experience in this office as well as my family. Dr.Medina and his assistant Ann are great they make me feel good when i am here the assistant holds my hand while i am getting numb and it helps alot. I have also seen Dr.Edwards for a Rct and his assistant Yesi they are great he is funny and very nice. The whole staff is very friendly

This is the absolute WORST place. I went there a couple years ago and was there for 3 hrs without ever even getting a cleaning. 2 yrs later my daughter needed to be seen and this was the only place that had an opening before she was leaving on a trip. She took off work and drove from Sonoma into Napa for a 2pm appointment. They let her sit there for over an hour before telling her and another person there that they were running behind and could either keep waiting (with no time frame given) or reschedule. She and I were told that its was because they take all insurances, that is why. What? That doesn't even make any sense. My advice...DO NOT COME HERE. Even if you have to drive a ways to be seen I do believe you would be much better off. This place is a mess

I had the best experience in this office . I was a new pt and they made me feel like i was the most important pt. I got a cleaning with the Hygienist Soheil he was sow nice and gentle i haven't had A HYGIENIST like him before. I had an Exam done by Dr.Edwards and i was really nervous about the tx i needed but he explained and showed me what i was going to have done and i have schedule for all my tx... i would definitely recommend this office staff are great
