My parents were missionaries in the Philippines and I grew up as a missionary kid during my childhood. At the time, I had the opportunity to observe various mission trips that came to the area to serve. One that stood out to me the most was a group of dentists that came every year to provide service to those in need. Even at a young age, I could see the importance of oral health and how it affects not only one's' smile but their overall health, self esteem and confidence, and general quality of life. I was able to witness firsthand the impact the dentists had on their patients. I saw that they did not simply fix their patients' teeth but by doing so they healed them on a deeper level. That's why I chose to be a dentist. Regardless of the profession I chose, I wanted to help improve the lives of those that I encounter. I felt that as a dentist, it provided a way for me to accomplish that goal in a practical and effective way.

Dr. Moro Byun attended University of Toronto in Ontario Canada for her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

My son and daughter started going here after their dentist retired. They took x- rays every time they went. Dr. Lee hacked at my kid's teeth each time they went.Keep in mind!! They went to the dentist regularly with their old dentist. All the filling's fell out of my son's teeth. Dr. Lee says ", It wasn't her fault or his fault. She said she needed to cap all 7 front teeth.Thousands of dollars worth. Never went back !! She is a hack for profit and should lose her license and be sued.

I was seen here not too long ago by Doctor Lee who was very rude, and did not have good customer service at all what so ever. I then scheduled with a different dentist and was put back with her again. She again was of no help. My mother was seen by her as well and she told my mother she could not do work on her teeth, but when my mother was seen at a different dental office they were able to do it no problem. I find it extremely frustrating especially because what I need done has been done before by a different dentist who is no longer there with no problems. But no it's a problem with Doctor Lee. At this point I will be taking my business to a different office where they actually care about patient care and getting things done.

They made me feel even more embarrassed told me how uncomfortable dentures would be there was no hope for my teeth and I should try to get implants if I can afford them because dentures wouldn't work. I was already upset, the dentist did not make me feel any better about my situation or barely took any time they handed me a paper towel for my tears and shuffled me out the door. I was in pain they wouldn't even remove a tooth that I have loose and I had to call back the next day for the medication that they promised me that day. I still have the loose tooth I'm terrified to go anywhere else, they did not help my anxiety or PTSD at all

Went here to have a tooth extraction. Was immediately put off by the fact that all the rooms are open. You can hear everything going on around you. I'm surprised this is not a hippa violation. I could hear full conversations between the dentists and other patients about their procedures. The dentist I had was really rude about the fact that I could not afford a root canal that was not covered by my insurance. After she agreed to pull the tooth, she gave me novacaine. It didn't numb the right area. My whole cheek and back teeth were numb but it was not near the front where the tooth she would be working on was. She started pulling at it after I told her I could still feel it. It took twice of me saying stop before she did. She then tried "a different numbing medication" that did absolutely nothing. I told her to do one more novacaine shot further up the gum line. I've had several teeth pulled, it always works for me. This was a first. She ignored me completely, didn't give me any more, and proceeded to continue pulling the tooth. I tried to make her stop 3 different times, and she ripped it out anyway. I almost flew off the chair because of the pain. I've never had an extraction hurt this much during or after. She only prescribed me 12 ibuprofen. After 6 days, the area still hurts, is still swollen, I'm having random jaw spasms. I will never return to this office.

Wonderful! Fast and efficient! I had my teeth cleaned and I usually hate going to the dentist because I have sensitive teeth. Flossed my gums without any pain or irritation! Would 10/10 recommend.

Worst dental experience of my life... when I arrived I was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the waiting room- a good first start. But as soon as I was taken back I had the worst experience. First of all my cleaning was done by a dentist and not by a hygienist, which I've never had happen and found odd.. but more importantly it hurt SO bad. She told me to raise my hand if it hurt, which I did.. but she never stopped, adjusted what she was doing or even checked on me.. And when I eventually pulled away due to the pain, she snapped at me about it.. It's been a week and my gums are still inflamed and sore.. something I've never experienced. The hygienists were also unprofessional and could be heard talking badly about another staff member, as well as complaining about how they could make more money elsewhere. I've never had a fear of the dentist before, but now I get why people do. I hope this comment helps even one person.

I have been part of this practice for over 7 years. My son as well has received care as a disabled person. We transfered care here after we were quoted a very high priced treatment plan that actually wasn't required. I have appreciated the quality care over the years. Today's appointment was no different. Jessica Dr Lees assistant not only reviewed my updated treatment plan but as well returned me to the front desk. She spontaneously turned around to say goodbye. Did not feel just like a number but more like a person. I have worked with Dr. Lee in the past, she is efficient and not pushy. Unlike other Jasmine where the treatment plan appears fueled by dollars her plans are clinically driven. I actually appreciate her managing all my dental needs including cleaning and scaling Jasmine the financial administrative person went out of her way to assist in coming up with a reasonable way to pay for some care required in the future. We plan to continue care at this clinic.

I recently had a crown and root canal, and Dr Moro Byun was so great. The steadiest hands, and her composure made the procedure painless for me. The entire staff was efficient and pleasant. It was obvious Dr Byun has great knowledge of what to do, and everything was explained ,and costs were very reasonable . I would recommend them .

I can't say enough about this dental office! They got me in for my initial exam very quickly. I first met with Dr.joung. He explained all the dental treatment I needed and got stared on a few fillings the same day! For my next appointment I saw Dr.byun. she was really patient with me as well as her Dental Assistant Hailey. They were very considerate and compassionate to my needs, especially since i havent been to a dental office in years. They made me feel very comfortable. They were very quick and efficient with my tedious procedure. I can't thank them enough!!!

I looked forward to my appointment which I was able to book today (same day) 08/05/22 as a new patient. I've been having a tooth ache and was excited to come in after speaking to the front desk. Unfortunately I've been nauseous and ill due to pregnancy so I decided to call them and let them know that I'd like to reschedule. The next lady who took the call told me that because I'm rescheduling or cancelling, it would be held against me. I told her I had no idea, today was my first time dealing with this dentistry and she told me I should've done it 48 hours ago. I found this extremely rude and confusing after repeating myself that I had just made the appointment today, and was never told about the policy at this clinic (since today would've been my first time here). No apology was given. Customer service should be of upmost importance and unfortunately at this clinic, it was not. I have a new scheduled appointment but am very wary about my treatment here at this clinic.

First time coming here and it was a great experience! Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants to the dentist were all very nice. Dr. Joung was very informative throughout my appointment and answered all the questions I had. What a great dental office!
