Serving the dental needs of my patients is of utmost importance to me. The opportunity to improve the quality of someones life is beyond rewarding. When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them that I make people smileliterally. Im so thankful to have the opportunity to provide my patients with compassionate, satisfying dental experiences.
I am dedicated to providing a gentle, caring, and positive dental experience for each one of my patients. I also educate my patients on the benefits of prevention and how early restorative treatment will not only save them money, but greatly improve their health.
Dr. Goldesberry currently resides in Carterville, IL. He has worked with Give Kids a Smile at Southern Illinois University, Project Smile at John A. Logan College, and various other free dentistry days. Dr. Goldesberry enjoys muscle cars, playing with his dogs (boxers), baseball, football, UFC, outdoor activities, and giving back to the community.

Great team. Always pleasant and never make a patient t feel bad about the state of their teeth. They seem to understand that berating a patient makes them less likely to follow through. And they always make sure you understand the plan of care and out of pocket expense for the work!

Have always received great service and care there. They do a thorough job and go into detail to make sure you understand your options. Only negative is it is quite pricey especially for self-pay clients.

Very professional and probably some the nicest girls I've met. Even when leaving I was informed due to the amount of information I was given if I had any questions what so ever to just give them a call. I was back in a room with in seconds of walking in the door and the ladies at the desk had everything ready for me by the time I was walking out. Very efficient!

I have to edit this because after years there, we have had issues with work done. We have since moved away from the area. As much as I don't like having dental work done, I recommend University Place Dental for speed, accuracy and friendly staff.

Office staff are all super friendly. Hygienists, Megan is great. The dentist did a good job on my 2 crowns. All the staff is friendly. Good dental place.

Hands down wonderful office! All the staff are very kind and helpful. Any issues I have I get right In and taken care of... my kids LOVE going there to get the best experience and not even scared! The dentist is top notch with knowledge and on top of what's best for you and your needs. Recommend to anyone!

I broke a tooth and had not found a dentist since I moved here from St. Louis. They got me scheduled within a few days and fixed my toothand I was impressed with the whole office and staff.

I had just relocated from another state, looking for a dentist to replace my own dentist of 20 plus years. I chose University Place Dental. The hygienist was very nice. I was pleased with her work. After xrays were taken, the dentist told me I had 10 teeth that needed to have work done and sent me home with a $10,000.00 treatment plan. I immediately consulted my own dentist who disagreed with University dental. I've since consulted a second dentist in this area, who also told me my teeth are doing well and no work is needed.

I went to university dental for a few years before my wife retired and we had partial insurance doctor and staff were decent but seemed to change staff to often but my main problem was I had top teeth pulled and a partial made he did a good job with no real pain but he did my three impressions like over a two month period before he pulled my teeth and partial doesn't fit at all I have to use a ton of glue to wear them and they give me a headache now I have no dental insurance so I guess I have to live with them until we have enough money to go somewhere else to get a new one made and have the impressions done now that my gums are healed like common sense should tell you

Took one tap on my tooth and said we couldn't do anything right now and then "referred" me but didn't actually refer me. They only gave me the numbers I could've got on Google. We literally paid for nothing.
