I've been seeing Dr. Tae Kong for quite a few years. My dentist would send me to Dr. Kong for root canal work. My new dentist wanted a consultation and suggested I see his go-to guy but I insisted on going back to see Dr. Kong. His staff is always pleased to see me and help me anyway they can. And Dr. Kong couldn't be nicer. He treats me like a good friend and is generous with his openness with me. If I have a situation with my teeth that's not pressing, hell tell me to wait. And I wait until I get symptoms that tells me that I have to get some work done. He will not try to talk me into an unwarranted procedure. Instead...he'll tell me he wants to take a wait & see approach. And that is what makes him special. He treats his patients almost like family. In fact, his whole office treats their patients and each other as if they were all family. I'm glad he's so much younger than me because I lost my dentist of 40+years when he retired. And I know that Dr. Kong is not going to be retiring before I have to leave this world. Thank you for allowing me to sing Dr. Kong's praises. He's definitely one of a kind. And I love him for that. Go meet him and see for yourself. You'll be blown away!

I highly recommend Dr. Kong if you are looking for an Endodontist, he is honest about treatment needed, excellent at explaining what may need or not need to be done. Great personality, and his staff is top notch. It is rare to find all of these in one doctors office!

We've come a long way. Root canals aren't the big boogie man anymore. It was hardly worse than getting a filling or a crown. Very well done and a wonderful office with wonderful personnel. Hope I don't have to have any more of these procedures, but it was well worth the trip.

Fabulous first experience with this dental practice from the moment I walked in til the moment I walked out! Found out I will need to schedule a root canal but have no concerns at all that I will be in the best of hands with Dr. Kong and team!

I recently had an emergency root canal performed at University Park Endodontics. Dr. Kong and Michelle are such an amazing team. They explained step by step the procedure , and I might add was quick and painless. It was such a pleasant experience. I looked forward to each and every follow up appointment. Thank you Dr. Kong and Michelle , and to all of the staff Max, Carrie, Brandi and Anita. Thank you for your professionalism and for being such a pleasant experience.

Most caring, professional, and warm dentist and dentist assistant. I made the mistake of thinking the appointment was for consultation only, so I was not mentally prepared for the real procedure. Dr. Tong's step-by-step explanation calmed me and the procedure was a success. I highly recommend Dr. Kong if you need a root canal.

I've always had horrible anxiety and bad experiences with anything regarding dental, but with this practice I had probably the best care and experience I have ever had with any Dentist or Dr.'s office ever. Michelle and Dr. Kong were very knowledgeable and explained every detail of my root canal. They made me feel comfortable and were considerate of my anxiety. I truly could not thank them enough for the great experience and also for fixing my teeth. I would definitely recommend this practice!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kong and Michelle performing my root canal surgery. First of all, it was painless, so that's always good. Dr. Kong was warm, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, and excellent communication skills. I was totally comfortable with him performing my surgery. Dr. Kong was very competent, and I would strongly recommend him as an oral surgeon. Dr. Kong was assisted by Michelle, who I also enjoyed working with as she guided me through the process. She mentioned that she has been in the industry for over two decades, and I always appreciate working with people who have experience. If I'm ever in a situation where I need another root canal, I want to go back to Dr. Kong and Michelle to have this done, it was a good experience. 5 Stars.

The best experience you could have given the situation of having your teeth worked on. Dr. Kong was nice, professional, understanding, made me feel comfortable, and was always making sure I was ok. He was very thorough and told me everything he was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I was so nervous and he made it the best experience possible. His staff was extremely nice and made me feel like I mattered. I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out. They were so prompt and there was no waiting time. I would 100% recommend this office for any type of dental work.

No one is excited to get a root canal . . . but the staff at University Park Endodontics make the procedure so much more tolerable. Dr. Kong is very personable and makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in. He's extremely gentle and lets you know what is going on at each stage. The procedure is also relatively quick, thanks to his competence and knowledge. Michelle assisted him for my procedure, and she was also very personable and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I've had two root canals done here and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Tae Kong and his team I found to be very professional and delivered excellent service. My root canal took quite a bit of time and throughout I had no doubt that it would go smoothly even though it had some challenges for Dr. Kong -- sorry doc :). Great experience! I needed an emergency root canal and they were able to get me in ASAP. The staff was very friendly. Mr Kong and Michelle made the task at hand very comfortable. No more pain and back no normal within 24hrs Thank You!
