Dr. Emery Nicholas and her assistant was amazing with my 10yr old child. She needed two molars extraction and had an episode however, her assistant was so sweet and calming allowing it to happen in such a short period of time. Highly recommend to anyone!

Very unprofessional. Made an appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted in July, a week before consultation called to reschedule in September, then September came and again a week before called to reschedule this time in November. Absolutely incompetent people.

The dentist stabbed my friend several times in the arm, and then proceeded to stab her twice in the hands. They failed to properly numb her mouth for surgery. The staff seems to be incapable of performing this kind of procedure.

Wisdom teeth removal. Doctor ripped the corners of my mouth open to the point that they had to be stitched closed. Huge gashes at the sides of my mouth that would not stop bleeding. It took him three tries to put in an IV and left both arms heavily bruised.

Had major surgery yesterday Considering how complex the surgery was, I have nothing but positive remarks for the doctor and the young ladies who assisted. I have had some terrible dental experiences with dentistry This was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

I needed to have two teeth removed, due to bad fillings. I was terrified, but she did a fantastic job. They healed quickly and with extremely minimal pain using just ibuprofen. Excellently done.

They quote you, you pay , procedure happens, they call you for a follow up & they claim you owe more money post procedure. They will squeeze you for every dime. They love to add a additional 15 mins of anesthesia to your bill, that alone will run you 225$. Beware of when they recommend another x ray , that's another 90$ for a 10 sec picture. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Dr. Block and his staff are all amazing. Needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth out due to major pain caused by them being impacted. This office scheduled me for a consultation and got me in for the procedure within a week. I was a little hesitant about cost but the billing assistant sat down with me and explained every item as well as what would be my share, luckily they were able to keep it within my maximum I had left over for the year. The procedure itself was quick, painless and took just under an hour. Afterwards I woke up completely normal and had none of the loopy feelings that are typically seen. I had some minor excessive bleeding but that was due to a preexisting condition. Nonetheless Dr. Block was professional and made sure to have me stay a bit longer and did some additional work to help stop bleeding. The days after were just about pain-free. There was some minor discomfort but more a soreness than any extreme pain, all of which was completely able to be handled with OTC ibuprofen. The office made sure to follow up and check in a few times over the next couple days. I would highly recommend this office.

Had a tooth extraction at this facility on 3/09 was a bit nervous, but the staff was very nice , I had 3 people in the room all making me comfortable, had IV sedation and do not remember any part of the procedure. Thank you all for making this an amazing experience.

I saw Dr. Simkevich for a molar tooth extraction with a local (novacaine). I have a dental phobia and was very very nervous. He was calming, used a sense of humor to alleviate my fears and explained everything. His hygienists Heather and Linda were so very kind and compassionate. They held my hand thru the procedure, reassured me that I was doing fine and continued with words of encouragement. The procedure went well and was pain free. I was given explicit discharge instructions which were explained in detail. I highly highly recommend this practice.

A good 6 years ago I came here to get a tooth extracted and let me tell I hate the dentist specially if I need a tooth removed. But my experience was not bad at all between the staff than and the Dr. who is a G cause he was an older guy probably getting ready to retire, he did a fantastic job! Like it was so quick and I didn't feel anything, I could not believe he was done with me.

My four-year-old was seen at the East Greenwich office by Dr. Kimberly Bentjen for a molar extraction. She and her assistant Lindsay were wonderful! During the first visit, my son was terrified, extremely combative, and refused to leave the waiting room. They came out to him in the waiting room, then suggested we all go for a walk around the office to calm him down and speak further with me. The staff volunteered to come in hours early so that he could be seen sooner in the week, and the procedure itself was a breeze. They met us in the car to calm him outside the office, and Lindsay had a small present (aka bribe) for him. He watched TV during the procedure, was fully relaxed and out of it, and actually didn't want to leave when it was time to go! Dr. Bentjen was gentle and very concerned with his comfort, and every staff member we encountered was kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Was never given an option of local anesthetic. This office from the get go charged for 3 units of anesthetic (45 mins) for one wisdom tooth even though the patient was "out" for less than half an hour. Wisdom tooth never got extracted, because it was "too far to reach". Afterwards we were told that's it's "our problem" insurance only covers 2 units of anesthesia for a single tooth (even though that is standard across the board). Crooks that just want to maximize their profit. Definitely try to avoid them.

I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early and waited in the waiting room for just over an hour for an x-ray. I ended up having to leave before the x-ray. I was told it was going to be "just a moment longer" for about 30 minutes.
