First of all let me say that dentist and hygienist are great but the staff who make appointments and greet the public need improvement. I requested prescription medication 30 days in advance for my son and it was never completed or follow through done to ensure completion. As a result the appointment had to be extended another 3 months

I love the actual pediatric dentist but the receptionist are very rude. If they have stuff going on at home they shouldn't bring it to work. I tryed to schedule an appointment and a lady was very rude telling me I couldn't make an appointment because of renovations! I'm explaining to her that my son is having problems with his tooth and he's in pain she continues to tell me I can't make an appointment. After the dentist told me if my child starts having problems with his tooth to schedule an appointment to come back. But she act like she didn't care with a attitude. I will never take my children or myself back there again!!

I was called on a Friday about a schedule appointment. I never was notified that no one not being seen was not allowed . The communication was very poor I could have just reschedule the appointment and not had waited my time and gas not to mention I had to bring my 4 month old baby out in the cold. I am very disappointed that this facility don't have 1 thing that cost you nothing COMMUNICATION

Terrible treatment by office staff, they don't care about their patients. I was also billed for services I found were never performed when I went to a new dentist. They're a scam. They also have poor communication. I had to reschedule an apt because I had a baby the day of the apt and was not informed no one but patients were allowed at that time. I didn't find this out until I was there with 3 patients and my 8wk old and was turned away. When I spoke to the office manager she said it was my fault, and continued to blame me for not having correct information after she confirmed they did have the correct phone number. Very unprofessional treatment.

The staff is very unprofessional and they all need to be replaced !! I had to call the office several times for them to fax my referral to the dental school no one yet has done so. After I was told it was sent out last Friday they claim they still haven't received any fax from kernan then one of the staff I spoke with acts like she had no idea what I was talking about and I was told she will fax it at 4:00 which is when they close. I would not recommend any one to get any dental care/treatment from this practice.

Will not be returning. I was paying front desk but the 3rd party billing dept would say I didn't. Wanted me to pay out of pocket for xray instead of accepting updated emailed xrays.
