Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Do your research. Had a procedure done in June that made it hard to eat and without many options. The staff is clueless, no help at all. Took me a minute to write this, i don't usually write reviews. Just be prudent and do your research.

Was finishing up a phone call with the front desk woman, I said "Thanks so much, Have a great day" her response was "uh-huh.....click".....I mean it's simple enough to say "You're welcome, same to you" to your customers and not come across like you hate your job and life. Fingers crossed for new front desk staff!

New ownership ruined this dentist. I called them 6 weeks before my appointment to provide new insurance details and confirm the appointment. The day I show-up I'm told they tried to leave VMs last week and can't see me today, as they need my new insurance. Don't bother with this Dentist. Customer experience here = NO ONE CARES

Absolutely terrible experience at this office. Their new front desk manager, Summer, charges unnecessary fees arbitrarily and has zero customer service. She refused to provide any supervisor/management information, and is not providing me my dental records consistent with Colorado law. UPDATE 4/18/22: The business replied to this review and asked me to call them. I called the number they provided and Summer answers the phone again. She states the Google response is automatic, that she has no resolution for me and refused to provide supervisor/manager contact information, again. I messaged Dr. Halasa in the patient portal last week, but have not received a response from him. Avoid this office at all costs, including the cost they will try to charge you based on faulty insurance eligibility/benefits checks. My original complaint was that Summer tried to charge me the insurance deductible for a service which the deductible is not subjected to. After speaking with the insurance company on the phone and confirming she was in the wrong, she gave me continuous attitude and lost all sense of customer service. I asked for my full dental records and she claims that she didn't know how to send them to me, which is odd because it's the law to provide these at will of the patient. At this point, it seemed her ego and anger were impeding her ability to provide any sort of patient/customer service, even in accordance with the law. I'll await another response from Summer, Dr. Halasa, University Hills Modern Dentistry, or Pacific Dental.

I find they don't take their work seriously. I received a very lazy passive treatment by staff and even more by the Dr. They only wanted the X-rays for their guaranteed funds. Because I am a black female the dentistry was very color based (received black ghetto tech to seem more relatable as I find ghetto very unprofessional such as anyone else) and had very tacky-like care of me as a patient and furthermore the Dr had a ghetto edge which is scary. I find it appropriate to be polite to those who will be wielding power over me especially when I am seeking sedation for wisdom teeth removal. The reception staff should have been all I needed to walk away but I figured after years of studying why would a Dr and staff sabotage their own workplace. Things would have been just fine if it were for the lack of professionalism as well as dignity for their practice. After receiving a very nonchalant and unprofessional demeanor I can see these people do not take what they do seriously and this is a mere cash grab from people who don't know any better. Be well.

This office is the best! The staff is very friendly, and good at what they do. Summer at the front helped me get my insurance worked out and made the whole experience very pleasant.

I worked with Dr. Halasa when I came in and it was a great experience. They walked through possible costs and options for everything before they did anything. I am one of the people who doesn't like going to the dentist and it had been a while but it was a very easy and painless experience.

This office is extremely difficult to get ahold of. On average, I have to call at least 3 times to reach them because of their lack of a decent voicemail system. In December, I had an appointment set where I received texts, emails, and a phone call confirming the time and date. When I arrived to my appointment, the entire office was closed and no one was available to answer my call. When I was finally able to reach the front desk the next day, I was told that the dentist went on vacation and did not reschedule/cancel the existing appointments.

Loved the 1.5+ hours it took to get a routine cleaning done

Don't go here! Said an old filling failed and I needed a fancy inlay printed off their machine to fix it as it was better then a regular filling. The machine wouldn't work. It kept breaking the filling. They claimed "this has never happened". I was there 2 1/2 hours before they put in a temporary filling which was basically flakey playdough and told me to come back in a week. My tooth was so sensitive and painful for that week as it was basically a large open hole in my tooth. When I went back the machine didn't work again...now they say the filling must be to small for the machine to print?? After he already drilled more tooth to make the hole bigger so they could print a bigger inlay so the machine could print it. Settled on doing a regular filling. Dentist was heavy handed and in a hurry as he was the only dentist there. He didn't give my mouth enough time to numb and had to give me 2 additional shots. My jaw hurt for a week afterward and my tooth is still sensitive. I have to go to a different dentist to get their work fixed. Gave me a Starbucks gift card as an apology. DONT GO HERE

Awful experience. Was overcharged and when I brought it up, I was treated like I was stupid. Took weeks for them to adjust billing after they "forgot" to take off my deposit that I paid. Receptionist was always rude when I was trying to get things corrected, endodontist and her assistant were always in a rush and extremely rough. I had such a terrible experience that I didn't even go through with the crown after the root canal, had to fight for my refund (they kept telling me their records didn't show I needed one even though I had paid them for a crown that I never got) and then made an appointment with another dentist to finish the work.

Be sure to go over all your appointment information BEFORE you get to the dental office. I was WAY OVERCHARGED because they didn't schedule my regular cleaning as a preventative - and scheduled as a deep clean. My insurance doesn't fully cover "deep cleaning" so i had to pay a LOT out of pocket with zero understanding or cooperation from the staff. The cleaning itself was subpar, and the dentist was pretty rude while commenting about my teeth.

Updating a previous review. The reason for so many 5 star reviews is that they did a promo of free teeth whitening in exchange for 5 star reviews so beware! I liked Dr Shroff but apparently he is gone. The new guy told me completely contradictory info from every other dentist. They told me my filling failed and I needed a porcelain inlay. I previously had no pain or symptoms and now I have pain and sensitivity and it limits what I can eat. I'm so frustrated that I didn't get a second opinion before getting it done. He didn't even check the filling after the assist put it in. Every other visit I get a new dentist and find out the previous one had left. Their system is set up to make money not to provide best care for patients long term.
