Yeah this place is amazing fr. I been running from the dentist for a long time now, & had to get my wisdom teeth out(was super nervous) but everyone is so nice literally ! Even the lady at the front desk. But Freddie, Katia, Amy, Jose, Rafa, & Dr.Bilal literally comforted every concern I had, immediately made me more comfortable, and just overall an understanding, patient, professional crew I literally wouldn't get my teeth pulled anywhere else. Any Dentist can do dental work, but to be able to connect with your patients individually to me, meant everything! Thank you all

They give Supreme customer service over here I come every time to make my payment after hours they still take my payment even when they're about to leave they give excellent customer service if I can get them $10 I would but the limit is five

My Daughter's Appointment was today for her braces monthly check up and her appointment was at 3:00pm and didn't call her in until 3:45 long wait just to change bands on braces. Waist of time

I was very impressed with the entire staff from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone was kind and helpful. Easy to get an appointment and reasonably priced. I highly recommend !

I'd recommend this place :) once you book an appointment they get you in & out. I always know I'm in good hands here. They're really friendly and professional! I've been coming here for over a year now... had a lot of dental work done here and really appreciate you guys great service!

I can't say enough good about University Heights Dental. I am my brother's caregiver and I have spent over 2 years trying to get him dentures. All of his teeth were pulled a few years ago as a result of his medical condition. Another dentist made him dentures that needed adjustments over and over and finally they said they couldn't do any more to make them fit. But for $2500.00 they could start over !!! Then another dentist said they do dentures. At the appointment they took full exams. HE HAS NO TEETH. Then they said they don't do dentures. Really!!!! I called Cal-Dental ( medi-cal) . They found University Heights Dental and we made an appointment. They have been wonderful. They are kind, professional, timely. They communicate well. We have been so pleased!

The staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was able to get through my root canal without crying. Great service and wonderful staff.

Worst place ever wasted my money on dentures my Obama care free dentures was May better than the ones that I pay $1000 for took me a while to save 1000 it's a joke

Omg I never received such poor service from them . It's been sometime since I been there I have a tooth ach and in much need of a removal they squeezeed me in for today happy or I thought. Big disappointment they text me and asked due to covid please wait in your car let us know via text My appointment was at 10:00 10:30 comes along no answer people are walking in and out I walk in. And I ask when do I get seen I appreciate you squeezing me in but this is fricken Ridiculous ..( sorry sir we never received. Your text) that's not my problem I did my part . I walked out due to safety concerns

The Female doctor is horrible I told her I was feeling pain in my upper right tooth and she took X-rays and told me nothing is wrong there is definitely something wrong I'm feeling a tremendous amount of sensitivity and pain every time I bite anything even soft food she didn't seem to care much at all....

I'm 39 years old and I have never been to see a dentist in my life and now I wish I could erase the memory of my first experience. The reason for my visit was because one of my wisdom tooth had broken and even with that i wasn't in pain but the tooth kept cutting my cheek. I thought that a dentist was going to look at my X-rays and or inspect my teeth and point out the problems they see and try to make a dental plan for my specific findings but NO I never had that offer or seen a dentist at all the sergeant is the person who I meet and with in 10-15 minutes later my wisdom tooth was pulled out and they said your done go home and will call you wen your insurance specialist approves to have the rest pulled I didn't get no prescription for any pain killers air ibuprofen for the swelling the experience was just like going to get a 15 min oil change at jiffy lube or Valvoline with no nobody bothered to schedule me for a follow up appointment a few days later I had the rest pulled and a molar but that was my fault for trusting them to be professional s all I can say about that is that my jaw will never be the same again and I hope that my new headaches go alway they never told me that I could have irreversible damage to my nerves and that jaw fracture could happen do to jaw bone weakening.

Worst service. The people that work in the front don't explain procedure well. I had an appt, but waited 2 hours to be seen! They say they do "cleanings" but all they do is polish your teeth. They don't offer a scaling. They polish for a high price. I've always been to dentists where they do a scaling, floss, polish....all under a "cleaning" As soon as I sat down, the dentist listed so much to do to my teeth, and she acted like it was urgent. So I asked how much for all the "work" that needed to be done, includes pulling some teeth out. Nearly 1,000. I was shocked considering I've always went to the dentist every 6 months and never missed an appt. I only went here because I am new in town. I left that dentist and never came back. I went to another dentist and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my teeth and they did all works to a proper "cleaning"

STAY AWAY!!!! I made an appointment to go get my wisdom teeth removed, and a week before my appointment this lady called me and went over the procedure, and said to not eat anything before the procedure since I was going to be put to sleep. A day before my surgery this guy from the office calls me to confirm the surgery, but says that I can eat something light for breakfast, when I clearly told him I was going to be put to sleep for the surgery! I could have died if I listened to him, do yourself a favor and stay away from such place. Extremely awful and dangerous.
