Had a great experience with getting a dental implant. The process takes several steps and several months, but the end result is fantastic! I can eat normally again. Sounds minor, but for me it's a win. And Dr. Silverman is the absolute best!

I had an emergency called Dr Silvermans answering service.With in minutes Dr Silverman called ne back to come in right away.He told me to be in when office opens.As soon as I arrived Dr Silverman was waiting for me and his Staff and attended to me.I was so grateful for the device he provided me He and all is staff are wonderful. I've been going to Dr. Silverman for a few years. My husband and I have had a lot of work done. We have had implants, root canals, filings, cleanings and oral surgery.He is excellent as well as his staff. People are courteous, professional, and make you feel like part of a family. I go to his office in Bayside. I have a house in upstate New York, and I have so much confidence and trust in this dental practice that I will come down and have work done even if I live upstate full-time

I stumbled across this Dentist office by accident. I had an emergency and they took me. The dental hygienist Leroy was FANTASTIC. I had such a great deep cleaning that I never really had before. The manager is so nice, kind and caring. She really works with you to work out the treatment plan and expenses. The dentists are really good. They are always there. I hate going to the dentist, but coming to this place made it much better.

My previous dentist retired and I went in search of a new dentist. I won't bore you with the details of my exhaustive search, but I got it on good advice that Dr. Silverman and Dr. Siegel at University Dental would be a good practice to try out. From the outset, I was impressed. I had the most thorough dental exam I have ever had, and the most comfortable chat about the one issue, a cavity that had to be fixed. I was nervous, but the opportunity to fix it was offered in the same visit, ,and I finally said yes despite my anxiety. The staff was wonderful (Wendy, Alberto), in giving me the handholding, encouragement and the laughs that got me past my nervousness and dentist-phobia. Dr. Siegel was terrific, and clearly skilled, and I later had a chat with Dr. Silverman, about education because I am a retired professor. The dental work was virtually painless. I've been coming here since 2019 and I wouldn't chose anywhere else to go. The service is exceptional the staff are super friendly and they have the best dentistry you could ask for! My dental surgeon/dentist Dr. Matthew Siegal and dental hygenist Leroy are superb! My teeth are always in good hands when I come here. I bring my whole family here and I'll continue referring anyone to this establishment.

I waited almost 25 minutes after my sons scheduled appointment without any updates from the front desk about the reason for the delay which forced me to walk out without getting his dental cleaning. The front office Manager had the audacity to call my cell and tell me I couldn't walk out and should have waited to speak with her. Apparently, not only is she incapable of doing her job properly she's oblivious to the fact University Dental is one of thousands of dental offices and easily replaceable. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worse enemy.

I have been a patient at University Dental for many years. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. I having been seeing Dr Silverman since about 1988. He is very professional & will explain everything to his patients so they understand what to expect. I have also seen the other dentists in the practice & they too follow the same practice policies. I would recommend this practice highly.

I haven't been to the dentist in awhile. I came here because I had a toothache. I'm going to call it the best toothache I ever had. Dr. Silverman and the staff are very friendly and caring job well done nearly pain free.

They always take care of me and my family's teeth when I'm there. Dr Segal and the whole staff are awesome. Glad I met Cathy 2 years ago over a phone call and she prompted me to meet the staff.wouldn't go anywhere else .. they know there stuff

Three months ago, I had laser surgery on the upper 2 quadrants of my mouth, performed by Leroy, my hygenist, and it had not been looking good for my teeth in this area prior to the surgery. Today Leroy noted the area was nice and pink and it was looking good. Not only that but since I spent more time brushing in the 2 quadrants I had 2s and 3s in my entire mouth as opposed to the 5 and 6 I had in my last visit. THANK YOU, LEROY! :-)
