Dr. Everhart earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 1994 from Ohio University in Athens and his Doctor of Dental Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Since graduating, he has practiced dentistry for over twenty years. Initially, Dr. Everhart practiced as an Associate Dentist in practices in Columbus and Cincinnati before acquiring the University Dental practice in 2000. In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Everhart serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Everhart is a Colonel in the Ohio Army National Guard where he serves as the State of Ohios Dental Surgeon. He proudly served his country in two separate deployments: Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

During his time practicing dentistry, Dr. Everhart has discovered a love for dental implants. He specialized in all three options for dental implants: single, multiple, and implant-supported dentures.

In his spare time, Dr. Everhart enjoys spending time with his beautiful twin daughters, Madelyn and Michelle. He is an avid golfer, coaches his daughters sports teams and cheers on the Reds, Buckeyes, and Bengals.

Growing up, Dr. Kori spent time in Xenia and Beavercreek, Ohio. She received a Bachelor of Sciences degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Biological Sciences from University of Cincinnati. She attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, receiving her DDS degree in 2001. In 2002, Dr. Kori completed General Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, and joined Dr. Scott Everhart in practice.

She is certified in sedation dentistry by the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (D.O.C.S.). She works with physicians and physical therapists, as needed, for an integrated approach to treatment of TMJ disorders.

Dr. Kori believes that a calm, relaxed environment contributes to pleasant dental experiences. For the last 15 years, she has taken a special interest in working with fearful adult and pediatric patients.

Dr. Jamshidi (or Dr. J as he likes to be called) earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Berkeley and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University where he graduated Cum Laude. In addition to practicing dentistry at University Dental, Dr. J gives his time to providing quality dental care for underserved populations throughout several communities in Ohio.

Dr. Js decision to choose dentistry as a profession comes from the desire to improve the health and wellbeing of his patients. This desire has shaped his philosophy of practicing dentistry, allowing him to build trust with his patients by listening to their concerns and providing them with individualized solutions to help them achieve optimal oral health. Dr. Js favorite part of dentistry is providing patients with a smile they love.

The team consists of Dr. Scott Everhart, Dr. Mamta Kori, Dr. Farhad Jamshidi, and the licensed dental hygienist Viki. Vicki is a graduate of Middletown High School and Ohio State University. She holds a degree in Education, and certification and licensure in Dental Hygiene. She has been a practicing Dental Hygienist since 1983,and loves it. Vicki says she looks forward to the 24 hours of continuing education classes required by the Ohio State Dental Board to maintain her license, and also to refresher courses for CPR certification.

Her goal as a Dental Hygienist is to improve the patients overall oral hygiene, helping each one keep a beautiful smile for the rest of his or her life. She encourages patients to discuss oral problems, so that, acting as a team with the dentist, solutions can be found. Middletown is currently home to Vicki. She has two college age children a son Devin, attending University of Cincinnatis Mechanical Engineering Masters Program; and daughter, Erin in the Nursing Program at Wittenberg University in Springfield. Erin is also a Wittenberg Tigers cheerleader.
