Went to University Dental as I have for years with a very sensitive tooth. X-rays and pictures were taken and Dr.Matthew said some of my tooth was missing so she proceeded to fill it after numbing me up( great job).said it might be temporary and if down the road it got worse it would have to be extracted.When I got home about an hour later as the numbness started to wear off I noticed the pain I went in with was still there $445.00 later . I'm not to happy and don't know where I stand

I've been going to this office for 30 plus yrs, my husband and family as well. Although the staff has changed through this time I'm glad to say that I'm still very happy with the dental care. I've recently had to find a dentist for my son who has down syndrome, since the one he was at no longer take Masshealth which is a shame! So I decided to take him to mine and pay for it, that's how much I like them. Kelly cleaned my sons teeth recently with such patience, and he is one who doesn't cooperate to good. BUT she did it, with her kind manner and sweet voice prompting him all the way. I'm very pleased with her way and others that have examined him there. I'm happy!

Not too impressed yet. I made a 2 part appt 6 month ago & via voice mail, my 2nd part of appt cancelled 2 days prior. My spouse showed up for his appt last Friday and was told it was cancelled, but he had voice mail confirming his appt. We both work and had to ask for this time off. Not too easy to get time off. How inconvenient! Tried using form on website "Have Questions". A waste of my time and again inconvenient. Recieved msg "Form Not Found The form you submitted has not been added to our system yet."

I came in today for an emergency dental appointment for my dear friend. The staff was just wonderful. From the front desk to the dental assistant and dentist, we were both accommodated and treated so well. My friend was in a lot of pain and was very nervous and they were so patient and gentle with her. We both left feeling relieved and the bill was incredibly reasonable. Also, the entire building was spotlessly clean! Both of us will be back as patients. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience.

I arrived for my appt., which was rescheduled by the office. I apologized for being 5 minutes late due to traffic. They asked me to fill out two pages of medical history because they were "updating records". I told the front desk clerk I would have to email my medication list because it was extensive. She said no problem. I have been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years because they used to be excellent. However, none of the usual staff were present in the completely remodeled office. I was taken back by a nice new hygienist named Katie. She asked me for a list of any meds that I was taking. I told her I would have to email my medication protocol because it was 4 pages long. She gently informed me she could not touch me without that list of meds. I told her the list was in the computer, and the hygienists update it every four months. She said they have a new computer system and they no longer have any patient records. WHAT??????? I asked why they did not tell me, when the called to reschedule my appt., that I need to bring my list of meds. She apologized, but said I could not be seen. I wasted an hour of my day, my teeth did not get cleaned, (and I am on an every four month cleaning schedule, so this is a problem), and apparently, this clinic no longer has 20 years worth of my dental records. I doubt that is true, but this was not a positive appointment in any way.

The team here really cares about my individual dental health and does a fantastic job. I have seen several hygienists and they all take the time to talk through new and better practices for keeping healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Biseglia is fabulous at recognizing potential problems and making sure they are treated early so as to minimize larger issues.

I went to this office and had a good experience. I have anxiety with dentists mostly because of fear of pain. My cleaning went great which was done by Ramesh and i also met Dr Matthew's who was so calming. Would def refer friends and family to this dental office =)
