Just moved to Charlotte from NJ about 2 months ago, and this dentist office has been amazing. From Dr. Tollett to the receptionists everyone is very nice, welcoming, and more than happy to help me and/or answer any questions I've had.

I appreciate the competent service provided at this location. There is still work to be done on the courteous professionalism side. I arrived thirteen minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist (Haley or Kaley), seated across the lobby, called out to me that because I was fifteen minutes late I would need to reschedule. (I know her name because another staff member called out to her from one of the offices in the back to tell Haley to have me reschedule.) Understood. I rescheduled the appointment. However, there are ways to handle these instances with discretion and courtesy. I would like to be treated the same way I reacted when one of my earlier appointments had to be rescheduled - after I had already arrived for it - because a staff member made an error with my insurance: with respect, grace, and courtesy. Post the policy. It should be visible in the office, and on the website, and any other mode of communication. I hope they use this review to get better. It really is a nice office and I would like to form a long-standing relationship there - I've already referred several friends and family members.

I have been going here for about four years, they were great but that has changed drastically for the worst. They cancel your appointment the same day when arrangements have been made at work. They had convenient hours for people who work but that has changed. Looking for another dentist.

Hands down the best new dental experience day I have ever had. They are beyond nice each and every person is super nice and impossible not to get along with. Each and every person from initial contact person checking you in, intake person checking medial history and blood pressure check, Doctor and her assistant, cleaning person, finance person, check out staff all are on point and very efficient and super transparent especially in billing and insurance, so much so they actually take a computer device and review it right in front of you so you can see what they see and the cost, discounts, coverage and the patient responsibility...no wizard of OZ treatment here, fully transparent. The initial assessment and game plan also totally transparent, well communicated and scheduling all top notch. I can honestly recommend this professional group at this office in particular to anyone. They made my day!

This is more than just a dentist. It's full of qualified people that really care about you and your oral health. I went for a teeth cleaning and the results are incredible. People say " Look at those pearly whites!" Superb service!

I've been going to this office since 2018 and it's the same every time I go. Beautiful experience every time! The staff are always friendly, gentle and patient, from the from the front desk, to the dental assistant to the doctor and then the hygienist. Dr. Tollette-Parrish is kind, knowledgeable and concise. The whole staff really cares. Thanks everyone for all you do.

Lovely experience from the waiting room, to the dental assistant and hygienist. The only things were that I didn't know a new patient exam didn't include a cleaning so another appointment is necessary but I'm not from here, and I wish there were more Saturdays available. Update: They are friendly and tried to help me. Whoever schedules appointments via texts should confirm in network/out of network.

Staff was wonderful and cared for my needs. Professional atmosphere and Dr. Tolliet-Parish was so precise in her techniques. I will definitely be returning for my dental care.

Never made it to my appointment because of the customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment. I was told I needed a new patient exam that would last one hour. I was never advised I could schedule a teeth cleaning along with the exam, which was the reason for the call and I explained I missed my appointment for a cleaning last summer. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I receive an email stating to call the office because they could not verify my insurance. As a new patient. the initiative to call me should have been made. I check emails once per day. I came from a private office for the past 7 years and this feels like a chain so I will go find another private office.

Hands down the best dental experience I've had in recent memory! Making an appointment and filling out the necessary paperwork was a breeze. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Cece(?) is the best hygienist I've ever had. She has an amazing personality, and is good at what she does - a very gentle/steady hand that makes the dentist pain/discomfort free. Sadly Reesie (front desk) and CeCe (hygienist) are no longer working here - they were really what set this practice apart. The new staff are nice, but lack the personal touch I came to have with the old staff.

Staff is always very friendly and gentle. They explain everything as they go and answer any questions you have. Usually I have such bad anxiety with the dentist but I have had nothing but great experiences every time here!
