First appointment went very well. Friendly staff and Doctor. Very professional I highly recommend them! UPDATE: Not happy with UDA felt like I was being sold services I don't need. I went back to my old Dentist!

Nice people. Dentist did ok. Came back because fillings they preformed were bothering me. Turns out they missed a cavity during last appointment and when they did a filling right beside it, they irritated and the nerve was swollen. Caused pain and couldnt chew well. Even though I was in pain and they made a mistake, they asked me to wait until a month and half to get it fixed.

They really push invisalign here, every appointment I've had for fillings and regular cleaning they've handed me brochures and recommended it to me. I know my teeth are not straight but I've come to this office for a specific sevice - not teeth straightening! YMMV tho, I was next to a young kid in the cleaning stations and the dentist asked him if he wanted to straighten his teeth commenting on the crowding. Kid replied that he was fine and the dentist pushed again for the recommendation. Hygientist and front office staff are good. Dentist is fine but I have experienced the lateness others describe. Once the hygentist even described frustration with the dentists tardiness and lack of attention to patients. Their rotating staff means that your experience varies depending on visit even as a regular. My advice is to go elsewhere... Edit: I just remembered waiting in the front office and the staff discussing how they had incorrectly overcharged a woman who had just paid and left. They stated they would just leave a credit on the account.

Do not go to this office. The dentist does absolutely fantastic work, but the staff are rude and incapable. I had an issue with my insurance not covering the entirety of my bill, and obviously I understand that means I would have to make up the difference, my issue is with how the situation was handled. My appointment was in November and the insurance company didn't inform UDA that they weren't covering the full total till February. So UDA called me and informed me that I needed to pay the difference IMMEDIATELY or I would be turned over to collections. So essentially I went from one day finding out that I unexpectedly had more of to pay off on the bill, to the next day being threatened by UDA constantly, including threatening phone calls at 5:30 in the morning by a Mr. David Slaydon. This was the last straw after MANY rude interactions by staff, so I paid off said bill, and they won't be seeing any more of my money

Im missing work because they are untimely & bad at scheduling. If I could give them a 0 I would. They waste your time. They are never on time, but ask you to be early. 40 minutes after my appointment is suppose to start I get acknowledged that they are getting ready for me & I still had to wait after that. I have Invisalign & this is every time I have an appointment. Very unprofessional. Very upsetting.

Never going back, my deep clean took 3 hours and it was the most miserable I had ever been at a dentist and I have been to many. Couldn't imagine going to fill cavities.

Dr. Lazaro identified a cavity on a tooth that had a crown. He denied the fact that the tooth had a crown and drilled into it to fill the cavity anyway. In the meantime he damaged the tooth behind it. I went back to him after a couple of weeks of pain after the procedure and he stated that he could redo the work but that it may not change anything. I went to another dentist who reviewed my xrays and stated that I never had a cavity to begin with and confirmed that I did have a crown and Dr. Lazaro should have never drilled into it. This dentist had to repair both teeth and I had to pay for it. I contacted UDA in September for a refund and I just received it January. I was also not told until December that I would have to sign a waiver to receive the refund that released UDA of all liability associated with their error. This waiver is supposedly required for all refunds. My insurance company has still not received the check for the refund. I have spent an enormous amount of time over the last 5 months trying to get my money back which is completely unacceptable in my opinion given the circumstances. I am still working on identifying why the insurance company has never received the check. I DO NOT recommend trusting this company or Dr. Lazaro with your dental needs.

I just love this place! Dr Laz & Kim are the best ever! Going to the dentist was before "a pain waiting to happen"! I truly hated my dental appointments before going to UDA! It's been almost 3 years! The environment is so pleasant and the people are nice and very Proffesional! Most of all, my dental assistant, Kim is a CowBoys fan... and we talk the entire time! And my teeth are pain free and clean! I'm always bragging on them to everybody! The Best Ever!

Everyone has been kind and patient with me. My anxiety level with dentists is very high. They have gone above and beyond in my opinion to put me at ease. I have received text messages checking on me later in the week.

This has been my dentist for four years. Until I had a dental emergency; an infection and extreme pain that kept me up at night and I hadn't slept for 2 nights straight. I just needed the tooth pulled. When I called for an appointment they told me it would be over a month to get me in. I called 6 other dentists that I had never been to and they all offered me a faster time than my own dentist including one that took care of me the next day. This dentist office is fine when it's convenient for them. But when you need them the most, they won't be there for you. I no longer go here.
