My husband and I have recently had several appointments here for different needs and thus far, have had a positive experience. We like our dentist Ioana, who makes us feel comfortable, takes good care of us, and is very kind. Everyone is nice & helpful. We're happy we came here & will continue to do so.

I got 3 cavities filled, they did a excellent job of them, but I complained about another tooth causing some pain and the assistance told me I probably bit down hard on the tooth because they have already done work on it. Two weeks later I wake to immense pain and I called and the only solution they had was to make me a schedule for 10 days out! Like who can withstand pain for 10 days especially when I pointed out the problem weeks ago. Instead of disregarding it they should've checked it and saved me time money and pain

The staff is very nice and accommodating. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and I was very nervous at all my visits. Dr. Pogacean was excellent. She did her best to make me feel comfortable during all 5 visits. Thank you very much for the great service.

The ONLY reason I stayed after the last poor visit at this office was because of Kerry Clodfleter... I had a scheduled appointment today for 7:50 AM. I came in for my appointment and the little girl up front said "Oh! I'm sorry, I was supposed to send a text that your hygienist called out today. I drove 45 min for my appointment!! I travel for work and have scheduled appointments therefore I was unable to wait until 10 as requested. The lack of care over the last year at this location has now made my decision to find another dentist. I understand things come up but communication is key!

I am a Dentist at UDA dental and I can testify the excellent care they our outstanding team! We treat patients as family with great skills and human touch! Like everywhere we are not perfect and since we are dealing carefully with people with different needs, we may be delayed sometimes but I can guarantee that every patient is treated with the same care and excellence in our dentistry!

Special thanks to UDA I was in so much pain when I called for appt they were accommodating and very helpful with all my needs check in was super speedy and x-rays were almost painless..Taj was very patient and polite and I left with some relief .I look forward to returning for my extractions. And other dental needs.this place rock! I'm so grateful that I found them ..

I could not speak more highly of Luis Camacho, DDS He is amazing and so is his staff. I had the best dental experience to date. He identified the problem, told me what he would recommend as if I was a family member and took care of the job. So impressed. He is now my go to dentist.

Today's experience was very disappointing. Two patients did not wear masks while I was waiting in a capacity filled waiting room nor did they heed to marked faint social distancing stickers on the floor when checking in. My appointment was at 9:00am. I waited in the lobby until 9:21. Once called in to my room I waited until 9:42 to be seen by the dentist. I love my dentist, but it is obvious this day, this office was overbooked and the doctor appeared to be spread thin for time. I would hate to go searching for a new dentist due to today's experience, but the visit prior to today's visit was not any better. Also, UDA shows a lack of caring for its check-in / check-out employee's by not having protective barriers between them and clients for COVID protection. I feel immediate corrective action is needed for everyone's safety and well-being during these troubling times.

When I walked into the office I was met with a welcoming smile from the receptionist and a warm greeting. Not long after I was called back to the room to have my teeth cleaned by the most wonderful, caring hygienist - Kerry Clodfelter. She is exceptional in her field and is always very gracious toward me. I would recommend her to everyone I know. I LOVE her attitude toward people and her genuine concern that she shows me everytime I come for a cleaning.Thank you for showing God's heart.

If I could give zero or negative start, I would have. I have been taking good care of my teeth. After all the years with different dental care, this office is the only one I had very bad experience. Nothing is right about this office. Do not practice well in every way, unnecessary bleeding and swelling for days from simple routine cleaning (on a great condition teeth) and continue failures on simple procedure which cause extensive pain. Their skills are very much questionable. One thing they are very good at is seeking all kinds of excuse to NOT take any reasonability of any problems.

My 85 year old teeth are starting to go south, Dr. Camacho is saving a cracked tooth #3 and will be putting a crown on in the near future. I can hardly wait. He is the best.
