On their watch over three years, I developed large cavities under two crowns unbeknownst to any of them. The only reason I found out was because I had left their practice after the youngest associate belittled me in front of two dental assistants for wanting a chipped front tooth repaired again after being botched x 3 in the preceding three months. After much research, I went to Dr. Eric Kosnic where he found the cavities with his advanced technology at the first office visit. He was able to save one tooth but the other one had to be pulled. He also repaired my front tooth and 6 months later, it still looks great. Avoid UDA at all costs. Totally unprofessional on all levels. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Here are the pro's. Tammy is a awesome Hygienist! She is very nice and very through. She also answers questions in great detail and keeps you updated on advanced Dental Technology. She explains everything in great detail, and tells you how to improve your hygiene. Pro, Dr Kennedy is very good Dentist. I enjoy coming here to get my cleaning. Pro, the staff is very good and polite. I highly recommend this Dentist. Thank you, Tammy and Dr Kennedy for your hard work.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Fanelli and let me just start by saying he is meticulous and very talented. I never thought I'd say this but my dental visit was FUN. Him and his assistant, Shannon were such a great time and made it enjoyable by cracking jokes or having engaging conversations with me while working. From the point Shannon brought me back into the room and offered me water, a neck pillow and even put my favorite artist on the music playlist to Dr. Fanelli being as gentle as possible, I was at ease. The atmosphere was calming to say the least, for example, a tasteful touch of having a candle lit or giving me sunglasses to during my procedure. Thank you Dr. Fanelli, Shannon and University staff!

I am not always excited to go to the dentist, in fact most times I am quite nervous. However I am always so happy to see my dentist and his assistant as they brighten my day! Dr. Fanelli and Shannon are amazing! Highly highly highly recommend!

I love these guys! Dr. Fanelli is a wonderful dentist. I have (actually used to) fear of dentist visits and he put me at ease with his calming and friendly personality, not to mention his skill as a dentist. Every question I asked he answered with fluency and patience. Probably the best health care provider I have been treated by. Shannon, his technician, is such a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable professional. Thank you for giving me my smile back and a changed view, thank God, of dental work!

I have been a long term patient of University Dental Associates. I am normally seen by Dr. Tyler who does fantastic dental work! He takes time to explain what needs to be done - and how he will accomplish it. The entire staff, however, are also very personable & professional. In addition, I am normally seen right at the scheduled appointment time. I feel quite fortunate to consistently receive such high quality dental care. Thank you University Dental Associates! My son and I just had a cleaning at UDA. Both with a very bad gag reflex and extremely nervous.The hygienists did a very good job.The treatment isn't just medical it goes as far to make you feel confident that you are in the right place.Then we saw one of the four decent doctors,he was great at explaining things,and you could tell he truly cares about his patients.I highly recommend them. I have been a patient for about 8 years now and by far my best dental experiences ever! I see Dr. Walby but all the docs are great! Everyone is friendly and fun yet very professional. The office is clean, the equipment is up to date and the dentistry is painless! I would highly recommend University Dental!

Absolutely I love this place. They were so welcoming and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Mike Papastamatis was so great with my kids. They were very scared to come to the dentist but Dr. Mike did a great job calming them down and examining their teeth. I would highly recommend them.

Rude staff. The doctor, only took 2 minutes with me. He didn't even give me an opportunity to ask him any questions about the concerns I was having. Unprofessional, I will not return.
