I made an appointment online for my daughter a month ago and when we got there today they couldn't find the appointment anywhere. She did not even try to accommodate us at all even though I showed her our appointment confirmation email. This is not the first time we had issues here and the lady acted like this happens all the time. Get your online services fixed or shut it down til it works properly

Was referred by my UDA dentist to see endodontoist Dr. Applebaum, her office scheduled my appointment quoted my in network cost by verifying my insurance. They call me a week before my procedure to say that Dr. Applebaum is an out of network Dr.and instead of the quoted amount I would need to pay the full amount. Well of course I cancelled the appointment. The issues I have is that I have to start over to find a Endodontoist and it's highy unlikely I will get an appointment for the same day with a different Dr.and I had scheded time off work for the procedure.

We gave them our dental insurance ahead of time and they didn't have it when we arrived to the appointment. That should have been the first Red flag. We arrived early and still waited well over an hour to be seen. Finally, we asked to speak to someone and were told it will be another 45 minutes. It's not uncommon to be behind schedule but let us know so we don't waste our time! We left

The technician is outstanding. It's not their fault I was kept waiting fir an extra 30 minutes. Woukd I still be seen if I was 30 minutes late?

I have been treated here for various issues for about 3-4 years and I have had one bad experience from a visiting dentist from California who was insensitive and not concerned with the pain or discomfort I went through. Quantity not quality. And the only other observation I have is from the lack of personality and customer service from the staff at checkout.

Great services! Nice offices. Friendly staff. I will be back! Note that this is a very popular dental office. You'll need to schedule, in most cases, pretty far in advance.

I have been going to this practice for about 13 years now, after a horrible experience at my previous dentist. This visit was to see my hygienist, Vanessa. She is top notch, and the best hygienist I have ever had. I am 58 years old with a lot of health issues. She is very gentle with me, but gets the job done!! I have also seen Dr. Saliba on a regular basis since I started at UDA. He, too, is top notch in my book. I have never had and issues with customer or billing. I highly recommend UDA.

I made an appointment online as a new patient and made the assumption that I would be getting my teeth cleaned. I was able to get my x-rays and met with the dentist, which I thought was odd because I still hadn't had my teeth cleaned. Then one of the dental assistants came in to schedule me for a cleaning... which was the whole reason I scheduled the original appointment. Just posting this review as an FYI to those who are making a new patient appointment that you will have to have an exam first and a cleaning as a separate visit. It could have been communicated better in the appointment details. Dentist and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable though which is the reason I will go back.

Been going to this practice for about 20 years! I have never received bad service. Everyone is nice and helpful! My dentist, Dr Lewis, and my hygienist, Samantha are top notch!

I made an appointment over a month ago for my son with a genetic disorder and other special needs. It has been over 2 years since his last visit here. The office was located in the hospital before Covid-19 struck. When I made the appointment they were still able to look him up in the system. He has a chipped tooth from grinding his teeth in his sleep. I told the operator this so we could get him in as soon as possible. I am most certainly sure I said my son still has Medicaid when speaking to him. My problem is we waited several weeks for this appointment and I drove all the way to Winston Salem after speech therapy in High Point to find out when we got there they no longer accept Medicaid and are no longer associated with Wake Forest Baptist?! Why did no one tell me that when I made this appointment for him?? The only reason I even took him to this office to begin with is because they were familiar/specialized in children with different disabilities. I was never told Medicaid was no longer accepted. If I had known this I could have already found another dentist! Also, one of the females at the front desk gave me rude looks?!
