The staff was very pleasant to work. The one star is given because i was charged for a service not provided and they did not follow the contracted rate given by my insurance company. I will be receiving a refund after speaking with my insurance company and the dental office. Check your statements closely.

I recently transferred from another practice to be closer to my house to UDA. Before I could see the Dr. Meeks for my six months check-up, I had a cap come off my tooth. I called the office and was told that Dr. Meeks was with patients all day, but the receptionist would talk with him when possible. I waited for two days with no phone call. The receptionist didn't even bother to asked if my tooth hurt. That was the first red flag that went up. When I went over to the office two days later and asked about seeing the dentist, she just indicated that he would not be in the office for the rest of the week. she STILL didn't ask at any point if my tooth hurt or that she would place me on a waiting list for another dentist there or anywhere else. The lack of concern stunned me. I knew that if I didn't see a dentist soon that the exposed tooth would start hurting. I calmly canceled my upcoming appointment; took my records with me and set out to find a dentist who would help me with an exposed tooth. I found one that day. I went down the road to Clemmons Smiles. They took me right in; did x-rays and gave me a diagnosis. One of the first questions at Clemmons Smiles was, "does your tooth hurt"? I've been going to various dentists for fifty years. It's not like that was my first rodeo with a dental practice. i think I would have been satisfied if they had just ask me, "does it hurt" and made some effort to accommodate me with some effort of care.

A very friendly staff! Ashley (I think is my hygienist, is very good and patient. Tabatha has been there since the office opened in Clemmons, I think and always has a smile. I do miss Dr. Rogers.

I'm glad I found this practice. The front desk staff is amazing. My hygienist is perfect. For the first time in my life, I don't dread going to the dentist.

I would not recommend this practice. My daughter is 14 year old did have the best experience. I was not allowed to accompany her to the dentist room because of Covid and in any other place I have been deny of my right as a parent to accompany my children to see doctor or dentist. The office is not very accommodating of the needs of the patient.
